The house is not in the same positionWe have done a substantial amount of work on this projectWe have asked the Mortgage Company, assigned to this 203k renovation, too schedule a final inspection, to determine the amount of work completed at this property(Please see enclosed sheet showing percentage of work completed by our company)This was sent too the lender and the client The client has not purchased any material that was not agreed upon, I the contractual agreement Additionally, the client did not fire usWe cancelled our agreement, due to her being unwilling to cooperateIn addition, the workers were fearful of physical harm while workingAlso, we had several conference calls and in home visits too help the client come too resolutionsThe client would agree, at the time of the meeting, then one day later, totally renege on the agreement We are in the process of taking legal action to get the funds owed to the companyBefore we consider any formal mediation, with the complainant, we want too have more information about the process [redacted]

Please advise electrician when he install the new wiring, to keep the wire straight coming from the top so it doesn't look ugly(see attached - NEW WIRE LOCATION. Please tell him to use caulking of the same color with the vinyl siding for the holes created by the screws. The last time he caulked the old holes (1st error), he used white caulk and it's so noticeable. Since he's caulking another holes again anyway, please advise him to the other holes using caulking of the same color with the vinyl siding. Freddie should still have those extra caulk of the same color. Per ***, we will call them again once it's done

Review: I hired this company as a general contractor including the electrical wirings of the house that I just purchased. Now, the electrical company in my area ([redacted]) will not install the permanent wiring going to the meter box as per [redacted], the wiring going to the meter box is installed incorrectly. Contractor don't want to re-do their work as they say it was approved by the county. I paid the contractor to finish the job completely and if the electrical company will not provide power to me due to improper work that they did then it is not considered a completed job.Desired Settlement: Re-do the wiring per the electrical company's standards and fix all the damages they have done to the wall sidings.
