Review: Complete equipment repair agree to Put up a whole system Dual Hvac on 2180 California St. Completion in 1 week at most 2week from the date of Deposit of 3200.00 which is 5/11/2016. This include heating, ac, duct and vent. Hvac will be install on the roof

[redacted] was recommend by a friend to me. I contact [redacted] at the begining of May to put up a Hvac unit on my property. On the 4th we agree to meet for price and inspection. He gave me an estimate of 6385.00 which he want 3200 for the Hvac unit plus other supplies. We both agree on the price and I paid complete equipment repair 3200 with a check (#[redacted]) on the 11th of May, 2016. He agree to finish the Hvac the following week but he never did. I call and text him constantly to see what is going on and he keep giving me excuse. After a month and half gone by I told him that I cant wait because I need to move on. I ask and patiently wait for my money to be refund. He keep telling me that he will pay me. I gave him plenty of time yet he never refund me. Last I heard from him was June 28th, he said he will send my refund back to me but I have not receive my refund. Please help me out, I have alot of money on this project along with next door project.Desired Settlement: I want my 3200.00 refund back to me so I can complete the project. I will not charge interest on my money.

I was recommended by someone that I trust to have Curtis(complete equipment repair & maitenance) Place 2 Hvac unit on two separate house. We agree that he would place one unit on 2180 [redacted] for a total of 6380.00 include all the duct work. As agree on contract, I paid him 3200.00 on contract on 5/11/16 with check #1480. Contract was agree for a two week job. It turn to months. Curtis never finish the job, He give many excuse for not being there to finish the job. He even use his children as an excuse. I have call many time and text him many time. He promise he will get it done but it was never done. I finally ask him to re reimbursed my money but he never did. I text him many time. he still have not repay my money that he took without finishing his job. I would recommend not to use his service. Currently his license is suspended. Watch out for this company.
