John's Tree Service response to # [redacted] Hopefully [redacted] has updated the Revdex.com, attached is an invoice for topsoil that we agreed to bring and spreadUpon arriving she had informed us it was already completeWe had to reschedule due to weather conditionsIt snowed , and rainedI tried contacting [redacted] several times without any success She did call me afterwards to inform me she had to replace her phone, and had a new numberOriginally when [redacted] asked for a quote, she stated she only wanted a tall stub left, 15-ft because she couldn't afford to remove it all the wayWe actually cut it down to about ft., as a favor to her with no additional costWe also blew her roof and gutters off at no charge as a kind gestureto make it look nice, and remove the saw dust.The Oak tree we removed was enormous! We did a wonderful jobThe yard is small, so obviously the wood had to be let down in a small area, which takes skills The dents couldn't be preventedThats why we brought the topsoil back to smooth it out and clean it upI don't think customers understand what tree work entails sometimes, which leads to unrealistic expectations On to the stump,,, that will be [redacted] responsibility seeing as we did not include that in our estimate, or nor did we contract removing itThats about all we can provide as far as a resolutionSorry for the inconvenience, no future services from our company will be available to Miss K***

In response to complaint ID [redacted] against John's Tree Service.John L [redacted] is right that this complaint is very unfortunateBut it is unfortunate that I had to fight for nine month's to get a job done for my motherI had no problems or issues with is team of workersThe problems were with John L [redacted] himself.John says he personally assessed the limbs in December and that it was too cold for tree serviceThe fact is that he was paid in full in November and that the job was done at that timeIt was not!The whole reason for this complaint is why it took him so long to finishHe says that tempatures were inadequate for tree service, but we didn't have bad weather for nine monthsI would call John on him cell phone to make appointments to have the job finishedHe would set dates and times to be thereHe would not show up and did not call with a reason why he didn'tI am the one who had to call him back to reschedule future appointments.John say apparently it was an issue for me and he is rightThe issue is the way he conducts his businessThat is the reason I had to file this complaint.Thank you

workers.John’s worked for Ms. [redacted] on several occasions. This complaint is very unfortunate. The limb in question was removed, so this issue has been resolved. Due to the complaint from [redacted], the homeowners son, John’s will refuse any further service to Mrs. [redacted] from now forward.  John personally assessed the limb, but it was December, too cold for tree service. Tempatures were inadequate. No tools were required for assessment.This is clearly a difference of opinion, and was not an issue to John’s, but apparently it was an issue for [redacted], Mrs. [redacted]s son.  Happy to give our feedback, and we will stride to keep pushing forward. Positively!!Thank you
