Ordered a five filter replacement kit.I emailed them that only four arrived and included a picture.They emailed that they would send the missing one.Numerous calls not returned.Numerous voice mails not returned.One month later no filter yet.I even tracked down owners home phone and left message there and no reply of any kind.Do not buy from these folks.

Failed to honor advertised 2-year warranty. Will not respond to emails. Faulty product was received by them on July 30 and have no response.[redacted] order number [redacted], placed on February 13, 2013. Product page states there is a 2-year warranty. One of the lights stopped working in July 2014. Seller provided shipping address for return. It was received by them on July 30, 2014. [redacted] tracking number is [redacted]. Will not respond to emails seeking product problem resolution.Product defective. Phone calls refer you to email, but they do not repond.Ordered product through [redacted], CFS was supplier. Part of product shipment(water filter) is defective. I have emailed them 4 times, no reponse. CFS sent a pack containing 2 yellow filters instead of 1 yellow and 1 red. That pack also contained the green filter in question. [redacted] sent another red filter. At that point I had all the filters I needed so I installed all of them. Since then the green RO filter buzzes when water passes through it. I have told CFS all this yesterday when they finally answered my email. The issue can be settled by them sending me 1 green RO filter, otherwise this complaint is still open and I am not satisfied.Final Consumer Response Seller finally responded and replaced defective part. I never received a product ordered from this business. They only responded once to my phone calls and emails, and that still did not resolve issue.I placed an internet order with Complete Filtration Services on 3-21-2016. Order # [redacted]. I have placed several internet orders with this company in the past and I have never had any issues. I never received this last order that I placed with this company. I contacted the company via email on 4-12-16. They responded quickly and said: "Thank you for your purchase. We apologize that you have not received this yet. We will issue a tracer and reship this for you ASAP!" That was the only time I was able to make contact with the company. After is still did not receive my order I unsuccessfully tried to contact them via email on 3 different occasions. I also called the the company several times. Every time I called nobody answered. I left several voice-mail messages and never heard back.Desired SettlementSince I never received my order and was unable to make contact with the company, I already made a purchase from a different business. They have filters for the OmniFilter on their site. I ordered 2 CB3 a charcoal filter. It does not filter out chlorine.This is a knockoff off CB3 filter. It does not take the chemicals out, notably chlorine. The company did not deny these allegations in my email to them. Advertizing is really false and wasted my time, money and effort.Desired SettlementThe $26 I paid for these dumb things.They will not take the one back that I tried for 2 days. The unopened one the will, but after shipping I will only get $6.50 back. I feel cheated on this.Business Response These are listed as compatible filters for the Omni filter. On their Revdex.com reply they said they would refund for both. They knew that I tried one for 2 days. They say it was used so no refund. So they changed their mind now, and really LIED to me. I would not TRUST the Company. A charcoal filter is supposed to filter out Chlorine. It does not. Buyer beware!

Three weeks ago, an order was placed for filters. I have received no filters and no correspondence regarding the order. Unable to reach seller.On 2/27/16 I placed an order for filters. I have never received any kind of notification that the order was processed or being shipped, but the charges posted to my credit card immediately. I have attempted to contact this company three times by phone leaving a message each time. Their voicemail suggests that you send the company an email for a quicker response, so I also sent an email and have still received no response. Next time, I will read reviews for a company I am not familiar with before I order, because this seems to be a very common issue with Complete Filtration Services. It amazes me that it is this difficult to even reach someone at this business to check on the status of your order. If you cannot box up a filter and put a shipping label on it in a reasonable amount of time, (when that is the nature of your business) maybe you should stop selling online.I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company as of today. I would just like my refund and I will take my business elsewhere. Product not receivedI have made numerous attempts to call and email the business. I had a response to an email once, stating that he was sorry I didn't get the filters would I like them to be re-shipped. I said yes. I never received them. Then asked for a refund and have not received that yet. When I call I always get the voice recording. Merchant has not issued refund.Merchant is very unprofessional. Wrong merchandise sent; I returned for a refund. Merchandise returned on 5/23/15. Merchant did not respond in timely manner to requests for confirmation of receipt of returned merchandise. After multiple threats of filing claims, Merchant informed me via email on 6/1/15 that the refund has been issued. I was charged for filters that were never delivered.No replies to my 2 follow up requests.On 1/29/16 I ordered 3 4025 Vaporall Humidifier Replacement Filters at $17.41 each. I was charged the 52.23 plus .99 shipping, a total of 53.22 on my credit card that day. I never received the filters. Ordered 3 filters; only received 2; emailed for 3d filter; received wrong filter; no answer via phone; email promises to correct, but nothing doneI placed an order with CFS for three (3) replacement filters for my water softening system on 18 May 2016. I ordered the same product before with no problems. This time, they only sent two (2) filters, which I received on 1 Jun 2016, so I contacted them via email on 2 Jun 2016. They realized they made a mistake so they sent me the third filter on 3 Jun 2016, which I received on 6 Jun 2016. However, they sent the wrong filter. I contacted via email on 7 Jun 2016. I sent emails every day until they responded on 10 Jun 2016 telling me they would send a new filter with a label to return the wrong one. I have heard nothing since. I have continued to email them with no response. I also tried to call, but I simply get a message requesting me to email them instead. I did leave a voicemail and I am waiting for a response, but my confidence is low at this point.Desired SettlementI simply want them to send me the correct filter and the mailing label so I can return the wrong filter they sent me.
