Complete Flood Restoration

This company's owner is very unprofessional. His technicians came to our home to do a dry out from a leaking pipe. We were instructed to remove thing from the area that was to be dried. The work was outside of our pantry and I thought that he wanted us to remove things on the outside, so I removed a few things and went to work. When I came home from work, I saw the area that was being dried out surrounded by clear plastic. I also notice that our food pantry was was open and the de humidifier and fan was pointing straight into our pantry. It was very hot. The fan was blowing around the hot. In our food pantry, we keep items that are supposed to be kept at room temperature, such as protein powders, Protein Bars, Chocolate, Peanut Butter and other such Items. I entered the area to check on these items and the items that had chocolate were melted, including our chocolate chip morsels. These became one big block of chocolate. I called the owner of the company (ERIC) to inform him of what happened. He told me that it wasn't his responsibility because he told me to take out items from the work area. He pointed to the counter area in the corner as the work area. He also stated "It is not my fault that you were too lazy to move the items." I had to go to work and didn't have enough time. They didn't tell me what they were going to do. This company has poor communication. They sent me a message saying that someone was going to come in the morning at 8AM to pick up the equipment. Someone was here at 8, but was not here to pick up equipment. He was here to complete the drywall work and had no idea that he was to pick up the equipment. The company was not even authorized to complete the work. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are very unprofessional, have poor communication, and are very confrontational. Not very customer friendly and does not listen to what customers have to say. They always cut me off.
