We have just sold our home and needed to get our air conditioning system repaired toclode the sale. We called one local company and were told we needed a new compressor. The 'diagnosis' cost us $105, and the repair was quoted at almost $2700. We weren't comfortable with this, so we called for a second estimate. Jerry from Complete Heating came out the next day, reset a safety switch in the a/c and cleaned the coil. Everything works great! The compressor runs just fine, and our invoice was $210.37. We couldn't be happier with the service we recieved. Thank you so much.

Had a problem with our furnace in the busy week before Christmas and of course it was cold out (for the Lower Mainland). Called Complete Heating on the Sunday and left a message. Jerry called back about 1/2 hr. later. I didn't expect a call back on the weekend. Explained the problem and Jerry knew exactly what I needed. He said he'd call back on Monday as soon as he got in to the office and could check on parts availability. Jerry called Monday indicating they had to order parts in. Worse yet, one component had to be shipped which would have put repairs into January. He offered the option of air freight which I gladly accepted ($40 - not bad). Jerry kept me updated on parts delivery and booked a repair time once parts arrival was firm. Jerrry and Matt arrived on the 23rd to repair and were timely in their work. What a relief to have repairs made prior to Christmas. Throughout the whole process Jerry kept me informed and worked hard to see repairs made as soon as the parts arrived. Complete Heating will get my call at any time in the future and I'd have no issues recommending their service. Truly outstanding.

We just had a central air conditioner installed by Complete Heating and are quite pleased. Their price quote was competitive and the final price was exactly what was quoted to us. The unit is working very well to cool our home and is also as quiet as we had hoped for. We feel that this was a good purchase and recommend the company.
