Complete Heating and Air Conditioning Systems

Charged 3 hours over actual labors hours (at $85/hour) and I was present for the entire service time. Labor hours never logged onto the original work order form. Hours were written in, after the fact, and sent with bill to our home. The service tech left the original orders forms with us with the labors hours left blank. Referred to by a close personal friend, had direct contact/conversations regarding work with the owner, and feel completely taken advantage of. Also feel that the integrity of this company is in question; Over charging costumers, work order forms not properly filled out/filled in after the fact, and no response from owner after several attempts to discuss charges.Desired SettlementSent the company a check that covers essential costs (legitimate service hours, part, and other fees), along with copies of all forms, for their reference. We hope they accept the revised bill amount and in the future they stop taking advantage of costumers and stay true to integrity! Business Response
