Review: we hired them due to a warranty claim with our hvac system. they charged us 89.00 for diagnostic of what was wrong and the tech emilio zavala said that my control board was defective so I had one ordered and installed it but it didnt fix my ac. I then called complete and spoke with the dispatcher and told her what was going on and she said that the circuit board was defective because I ordered it online. I asked if it was possible that something else could be an issue and she said that she would have to send someone out for another 89.00. so I told her no. I had another hvac specialist tell me that it was my transformer so another 40.00 on top of the 40.00 for the circuit board and 89.00 for a misdiagnosis and a week with no ac. I feel as though they ripped me off by telling me that it was one part and then when it was installed they wanted to charge me again when their tech told me it was just the circuit board.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get my diagnosis fee back due to a misdiagnosis
