Complete Home Inspection

Review: I had a home inspection done on February 10th, 2015 for the home that I ended up purchasing. As the weather got warmer I noticed the AC would not cool down the house no matter how low I set it. I had a technician come out to take a look at the AC and found that the AC was extremely dirty ( and had not been clean in about 2-3 years) and the unit was extremely low on refrigerant. The work in total ended up costing $608! I did not buy the house "as is" I was told that everything was in working order. Not only that but when I called the inspector he said he wouldn't have turned it on because it was in the winter. However, I went back and looked at the date and Feb 10th saw an unusually warm day with a high in the 60's! To be honest I feel like I have been wronged and taken advantage of. There was also an additional part needs to fix a small leak.Desired Settlement: To be honest it was be nice to be fully compensated the $608 but I highly doubt that is going to happen. At the very least it would be nice to be refunded $300 roughly half of the bill.
