Horrible experience at Alyssa's Bridal and Tuxedos yesterdayMy daughter, one of her friends and myself, were shopping for my daughter's sweet dress and additional matching dresses for her friendsIt took forever to be greeted but when they did, it was extremely dismissiveThey did not assist or seem a bit interested in helping usOnly one other party of in the store at the time (so they were not busy helping other customers) and the other party left when my daughter's friend was trying on a dressWhen I went to ask for a petticoat for her to try on under the dress, the employee I approached repeated petticoat times, like she had no clue what it was, even after I described itShe then asked the other female worker who at 1st appeared to be moving to retrieve one, however the male who was sitting down and only gave us the occasional dirty look, stopped her and told her, they no longer have them, in the store(A bridal shop that no longer has small petticoats to try on) I asked the young lady if they would be able to get them and how much were they for the shorter styleShe said'I don't know, I can't possibly know that from the top of my head'Extremely rude peopleI told her, I know she doesn't know prices off hand but is there no way to look it up, so I know the cost? Our 1st day of shopping for her special occasion dresses and my daughter was made to feel inferior and unwanted in this storeDO NOT waste your time or moneyImmediately after the rudeness and lack of any kind of customer service, my daughter just wanted to leaveDavid's Bridal was a completely opposite experienceMy daughter was made to feel special, in their store, by ***We will definitely be purchasing her ball gown there but unfortunately we are still looking for dresses for her guardI can only pray we do not have a repeat experience as we did at Alyssa'sNo one should be made to feel that way, especially when you are a teenager excited about your special event
