I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have contacted the business many times with this problem.  [redacted] was the sales person I delt with.  Thie invoice she sent was incorrect, when I tried to reach her in regards to this invoice she was no longer working with this company.  Yes the order was in Oct. 2014.  The delivery was supossed to be Oct. 2014.  When the item came  much later in Nov, 2014  it went into storage.  How was I suppossed to know it was incorrect when it was not assembled iuntil May, 2015.     The item ordered, was a 8000 csp xlt. not the standard 8000.   Please ask Steve in service how many times I called and he agreed I was sent the wrong lift and he promissed Complete Hydraulic would make it right.   Feel free to call and discuss [redacted].

I have done business for over 5 years with this company and have never had one issue or concern with them! I have always found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me on pricing. I would honestly recommend do business with them. Not to mention, they have been in business over 25 yrs. and been a strong part of our community.

Please see the attachment above.  I have included your letter, Mr. [redacted] complaint and our Corp. invoice for the goods that Mr. [redacted] purchased and paid for on his credit card.  He purchased a CL 8,000 CSP car lift for $1,849.95.  An additional, item a CL SB J4 /...

MANUAL sliding bridge jack manual operation for $499.00 and the shipping to Miami, FL. 33176.  The invoice total was $3,138.76 not as Mr. [redacted] states for some other model and price in his complaint and the date when the problem occurred.  The item was purchased on 10/3/14 not 11/12/14.  Many of Mr. [redacted]’s facts are not correct. As well as what his purchase date was on the day of the purchase.   If the item was wrong, he should have brought it to someone’s attention when it was delivered not 8 months later.   And he should have noticed that the item was billed wrongly on the credit card for a much lesser price then the one he says he was purchasing.    The item he paid for is the correct item per our sales persons checks.  In additions, one can look at the company’s web site www.completehydraulic.com and see this is the item that was requested and sold to the customer and what was billed to the credit card on 10/03/2014 as he asked for this item.    This is the first we have heard of any issue being a problem except for him discussing this with [redacted].  [redacted] could do nothing for him 8 months later and it now being 6/3/2015 8 months after the purchase and 7 months after the delivery date.  Mr. [redacted] signed that the goods were correct when he picked it up from the trucking company on the trucking companies bill of lading. We can only go by what the invoice states when it was sold, and when it was paid for on the credit card.  Mr. [redacted] ordered the product over 8 months ago as of May 3, 2015 and has had it for 7 months from delivery date.      At this point we would be glad to offer credit on a larger lift to Mr. [redacted], should he want a larger lift and we would take the lift back as long as the lift is package back up and he can ship the lift back to us as it was packaged when he received it with no damages, etc.  when we receive it back. Mr. [redacted], would pay the additional freight back to us and any additional expenses for the larger lift that he would like to purchase and the freight back to him on the larger lift.        Thank you,   Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. Do not order a lift, it takes 8 plus weeks and is shipped from China. I ordered a 4-post lift and was told by sales it would be 2-3 weeks, invoice states 2-3 weeks. They will LIE to get your business, take your money, then give you the run a round on delivery.
