Mr [redacted] 's vehicle was towed for not clearly displaying his parking permitHis parking permit was found to be attached to his rear window in extremely dark tint that made his permit impossible to seeTherefore making this a valid tow and Mr[redacted] responsible for the fees he was chargedMr [redacted] was very rude and disrespectful to all of my staff while here retrieving his vehicleThe police were eventually called yesterday because of how rude and irate he becameHe called this morning and began cussing at my dispatchers about his refund before even giving us an opportunity to respond to this complaintMr [redacted] was informed yesterday that he was to inspect his vehicle and report any damages prior to leaving our facility by our staff and the local police departmentNo damages were reported prior to him leaving our facility and therefore we will not entertain this complaint.Also, Mr [redacted] has been informed not to call our office again or we will file charges against him for Telecommunication Harassment pursuant to Ohio Revised Code

By state law Handicap Placards must be visible from the front windshield to be considered validOur driver could not visibly see the handicap placard so the vehicle was towedThis vehicle was towed lawfully and within the requirements of our towing agreement with the propertyNo refund will be

After having the apartment complex manager call to the towing company they finally agreed to refund my moneyI believe it should still be noted that this is a predatory towing company and they need to do a better job of actually doing their job and that is towing illegal carsThe drivers of this company also need retraining on how to properly tow front wheel drive vehicles without damaging themThis is completely unacceptable the way they treated my vehicleThey have a responsibility to still take car of the vehicles that they tow legally or illegallyBrandon H*** needs to clean his act up and run a legitimate business instead of stealing cars then holding them ransom to get them backAfter pulling other complaints from the state attorney generals office, they seem to be a very shady businessThey have locked a single female in their yard from 2300-0100, forcing her to pay for the vehicle they stole before letting her leaveRick needs to be reprimanded and retrained on how to do his job properly

The owner of this property has had a contract with our towing company since 2007. The owner of the property failed to inform the new tenants of this agreement resulting in the vehicle in question being towed. I have spoke with Miss [redacted] about this and we are currently unable to reach the property...

My permit was in the same spot I was told to put it and has been in the same spot for the last 9 months with now problems. I was the one who called the franklin township officers to come out. Not them. The damage to the car are to the alignment and power steering that I would not be able to see from a walk around in the lot. I called yesterday and informed them of the damages as well as had Columbus police department take a damage report about the illegal tow. The car was improperly towed backwards which is harmful for a front wheel drive car which caused the damages. Bottom line is they stole my car with a valid permit in it and then held it ransom until I paid them. Not to mention his staff was just as rude to me as I was to them including bashing the military as I was leaving after making remarks about my Army veteran license plates. This was a predatory practice and should be stopped immediately.
