Complete Landscaping Design Reviews (1)
Review: On 4/4/13 I hired Complete Landscape Design, LLC to landscape my home. My constract states and signed by the owner [redacted] that all plants and work was warrentied. I paid 5,000.00 in 2 installements with the promise that the remaining items would be installed and delivered. I called many times and was always given an excuse the contract remains unfinished to this date. Additionally over the weeks many of the plants began to die I called and my calls were not returned. I continued to call as more plants began to die again no answer to my calls. I had a lanscaper drive by my home unrelated to this project who urged me to call a copper beach tree was planted along side of my garage that needed to be moved asap it would grow to be to large and damage my home. I tried calling again no answer. I hired another landscaper to assess my home. The drain was installed improperly and very dangerous to anyone who walked on my property. Most of the plants were very week plants to begin with and never stood a chance of surviving. Many dead plants were removed and more are not goinig to survive the winter. My electrical lines outside were cut had to hire an electrician for repairs. I will have more damages. To date I have spent $1,8883.20 to repair his work. Intially Complete Landscape entered into an agreement to pay 500.00 a month for reimbursement and complete replacement of plants as per his signed contract he has recently refused to do anything. I received one payment of 500.00. Complete has a secondary number ###-###-####. Complete Landscaping did not adhere to the contract we signed and I have much more to repair. My current landscaper will state these plants were not even planted properly.Desired Settlement: Riembursement for all repairs associated with installation of the landscapings. All plants dead and removed and associated costs for labor and replacement paid for in full in spring when total yard can be properly assessed. The completion of my contract missing items and plants that were never provided.
