On October 7, 2016 at 8:59am [redacted] left a message for me to return his call. I returned his call at 11:15am. I listened to [redacted]'s feedback regarding the situation. I posted a sign to accept future feedback confidentially from customers on my personal email. I apologized to [redacted] and offered for him to return to our business. He politely declined.
