The customer bought a used vehicle as is months ago her complaint is regarding brakes this is a wear and tear item that is not included in any warranty this is something good that needs to be maintained by car owner as a courtesy I can have it replaced as long as she pays for part and I will do the labor for free in my own location I have a repair shop and will take a loss for the labor time thank you for your help
