I understand your frustrations, and it would seem that you were not explained this properly. First, we have not yet been paid by the Warranty Company for out time to your House....

Second, we were never the ones that ordered your equipment, it was always the warranty company. We install their supplied equipment. Last, the warranty company was supposed to contact you that they are only paying 6 Hours in total for the work done and we have over 10 hours into the job. They informed us that we need to keep the $175 you paid for the additional hours they are not covering because you refused the work after agreeing to it. The fact remains, you still owe us more money. We Charge $90 per hour which is $360 for the 4 hours your warranty company didn't pay for. If you look on the copy of your invoice, you signed where it states that you will pay for any portion not covered by the warranty company. So you still owe us $185 in labor charges. I have not attempted to collect this as I am sympathetic to your issue and understand you are short on funds. But, You continue to bad mouth us on YELP and now Revdex.com because you are upset that your WARRANTY company, not us, refused to cover the replacement of the Furnace and you didn't want to have to pay. I ask that you refrain from any further action or I will turn this into our collection agency for the remaining balance you agreed to pay for when you signed the bottom of our invoice. All I am asking is that you stop slandering us. I have been fair with not trying to collect. Your issue is not with me. I would love to do the work. I make money when we work for the warranty company. We have no control over their contracts. If you or the warranty company could have come to an agreement we would have been happy to do the work But since nobody was going to pay, we don't work for free. I am sorry for your situation and wish you the best.

Comment from [redacted] D. of Complete Mechanical Service
Business Owner-
12/2/2015 We are sorry you are not Happy with your HOME WARRANTY Company, unfortunately we work for them, not for you per the contract I have with them.
In his own words, we never had a contract or agreement. I know for a fact that he cannot produce a receipt with my signature because he never completed any work and I never signed anything.
I do have documentation from my warranty company explaining that I would only be responsible to pay this contractor $175 in uncovered costs for the service of flushing our lines if/when they installed the AC unit. They never did this service. Yet they forced me to pay up front and agreed that it would be returned if they did not do the work.
I also have documentation/receipts from our warranty company showing that this contractor was paid out in full by them, for the several useless hours they spent at our home. This was contractual agreement between the warranty company and the contractor which both parties agreed to.
Now that he has settled with the warranty, [redacted] is saying that he was not paid enough so he will not refund us. He is punishing the consumer because he is unhappy with his contract agreement to the other corporation. He is taking money unjustly and it's unfair that we as individuals have to deal with company intimidation and mistreatment. This is the third time he and his company have intimidated me into getting his way.
I have been explained everything very clearly from the very begging. I have an agreement with our warranty company to send out contractors for work requests. The warranty company pays the contractor directly for work that they do or don't do per their mutual agreement. We as the home owners, we are only responsible to cover certain uncovered costs when the actual service is provided. In this case, Complete mechanical never completed the service that we were to pay for. Yet we paid up front in good faith. Now they have settled up on their agreement from the warranty and they are stealing the money that we paid up front with no grounds to support it. Both myself and the warranty company know that this unjust. The warranty company is encouraging me to sue the contractor and vows to never work with him again.
I will not stop until we get paid back. The intimidation to send me to collections means nothing as I know that I have done nothing wrong here. I trusted a company to do the right thing and follow the terms of their own agreement. If we cannot settle this out of court, we will let a judge decide exactly what you owe us. My husband and I are fully prepared to take this court for the entire loss we are owed, although I would much rather settle now for a simple refund of $175.

I am rejecting this response because:the System is fully functioning when the your tech arrived. I called HWA for maintenance not because it was not functioning. Your company is incompetent with the repair of [redacted] system. The tech tested it with 24 voltage and not a micro voltage which burned all the panels. I have a Report from the [redacted] dealership that prove that the system got burned by your technician. All the panels cannot be burned all at the sametime by itself. It happened while your technician was here. I have a report from [redacted] that explains everything. I have the proof I need.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I will let you be the judge of this. And I am glad that the Home owner went online and wrote this because he is trying to file a claim with my insurance and now I have I have the proof I need.
