I contacted Tomahawk PC on 10/15/asking about having my tablet repaired, he said it would cost $and would be done within 3-days, On 10/21/I still hadn't heard from him, I left a message saying I would come and pick up the tablet and parts I paid for and get it fixed elsewhereHe said it would be done by 10/24/On 10/24/16, I tried to contact him again, when he finally respondedhe said it was done, but he was out of townHe said I could drive another miles to get it backHe said he would be back in town on 10/27/I was unable to get there that day, my son ended up driving the extra miles to pick it upThis business is quite a distance from my home, adding the extra miles was costlyWhen my son picked up the tablet, it didn't turn onThe business owner said that it works but probably needs to be chargedWhen he came home with it and charged it it still didn't workI also noticed the screen had been cracked when the business owner opened it up
I took my computer to him to repair He repaired it but said I was going to eventually need a Motherboard and that he could order one for me to have on hand so it wouldn't take a week to fix, as I needed my computer for my job He said he would call me when he received the board, or he would mail it to me On July 25th of I paid him for this mother board for sixty five dollars I never heard from him Over the next year I tried contacting him many ways, facebook and calling, He unfriended me on facebook, I finally saw that he was listing things for sale on facebook and I messaged him he said he created a new site and then friended me again, I repeatedly asked him for the board or for a refund The most recent call to him on 1/2/he said he would refund me my money and I have not seen a check After the 3rd phone number I tried for him the most recent phone of Seven five, nine six six, six six is now disconnected I really just want my money back Because I could n
