Thank you for notifying us of Mr [redacted] 's complaint We were not aware of the problem until about an hour before we received the Revdex.com email Although we believe that we delivered the correct size door that the customer requested, we want to be sure that we correct any mistakes or misunderstanding that we might have made We are contacting Mr [redacted] today and will offer to take the original door back from him Mr [redacted] will not have to incur any cost for the door or any cost to ship the door back to us We will cover the cost of shipping to send the door back to us Also, we will ask Mr [redacted] if he'd like us to place a special order for this unique door size If Mr [redacted] wants us to send him a new door with the special order sized door, we will be glad to ship this new door to him at no shipping cost to him Our goal is for Mr [redacted] to be happy with Complete Mobile Home Supply Thank you again for notifying us Sincerely, [redacted] - Vice President
