I have not been able to contact this company.phone numbers dont work and my emails come back undeliverable. My order # was ***. I just need this cancelled asap.I think my subscription started in january. I was unaware this was a subscription.....which was my fault I have been billed $89 for all these months...again my fault, but in realizing this I just want my subscription cancelled and have tried all means to reach them..please help.......just cancel is all I want...

I thought my subscription was successfully cancelled last month but have been billed again. The phone number doesn't work- no email address
I ordered the cbd oil and gummy bears as a trial. I want to cancel my ongoing prescription. There's no contact information on the web site and the phone number isn't accepting calls. Today $89.92 was taken from my bank account for Lunazioserum.com and $89.92 was taken out for Prime Living Online. I thought my account was canceled last month.

I agreed to a trial offer of 14 days to try two samples of their products, that's it nothing more and they sent them. I bought these at the end of the month and lo & behold here were 2 separate charges totaling $ 177.00 on my credit card for more products. What!!!! what is this, I never agreed for more products and when I called they were very unprofessional siting the fact that I didn't see that this was monthly deal. Well now I think someone is trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Nowhere could I see that I should cancel within the 14 days or else I will be billed all that money which I can not afford. I expect the charge of $ 177.00 be taken off my credit card. P.S. I can send back the products if given an address after the charges have been taken off.

They did not contact me to advise or remind me of my cancell by date. They now have billed my HSA $89 and change. So now. Ive paid nearly $100 for 1 bottle of gummies and 1 bottle of oil. No "club" shipments or whatever they promise. Theres no way to contact them via the web site and of course when you call. YOU CAN NEVER GET THRU.

Didn't know until I got my bank statement. I got ripped off . I want a refund.

You had already filed a dispute through your bank. Because of the dispute or any cases pertaining to the charge were confirmed on your account, We may no longer able to refund any charges to make sure no double refunds are processed.

Here's what I was told. The 30 day free trial expired after 18days. I never saw that in their policy. They did give me $65.00 dollars back from 89.00.Still a rip off.

We recently received your complaint #XXXXXXXX regarding your Complete Natural account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on August 23rd 2017. For the complete Natural Oil with an upgrade for $59.99 to 2 bottles of oil ,300 Mg capsules , and the Complete Pain Rub. The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. Since we never received notification prior to October 18th of 2019 for a cancellation the account has remained active up to that point.

As a courtesy we would be refunding the most recent charge that was made on September 17th 2019 but there was a banking error on our side and we were unable to do so. In cases like this we would usually advise the customer to seek other options from their financial institutions of obtain the refund. Meaning if your financial institution files a dispute against that charge we will not counter the dispute.

Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

We received your order on 09/08/17, the order was placed for a 14-day trial for our Complete Natural Hemp Oil. On 09/23/2017 you were billed for the end of trial charge stated on the ordering site and terms.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14-day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.
According to our records the first contact we had was on 10/24/18 when you called and spoke to a customer service representative. It is recorded that you then accepted to continue with the subscription at a 75% discount.

We understand there may be some confusion on the order that the customer placed and how it worked. As a courtesy you were refunded for the most recent transaction of $20 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX on 12/19/18.

Your account was immediately cancelled on 12/19/18, you will not received any additional shipments or charges going forward.

This Company is a rip-off company...BUYER BEWARE! Without other reviews I wasn't even able to find their contact Information! ***877-437-1375. After I called to CANCEL after receiving MANY shipments without contact information, I was UPSET and canceled. They would only refund one charge, not all...even though I had all bottles of CBD Oil (which doesn't work) to return. They gave me a confirmation number after canceling my order. That was in June 2018. Then yesterday 09/11/18 I received another shipment. After calling, they agreed to refund with no apologies. I asked for an audit of all charges ever billed and they read some sort of script that didn't pertain to my question and hung up on me. The employee's name is Danielle, Badge #7380 Con #33712. I ordered their product Hemp oil a year ago then Canceled in Jan. of 2018. They reported pr phone conversation Today that I had reordered. I did Not!
Ordered product Hemp Oil was charged on line using my credit card info at this time. I canceled January 2018. They sent me more product 7/30/18. I called them 8/6/2018 to complain that I did not reorder their product and sales representative reported that I did on 7/29/2018. or someone did using my private info because they no longer have my full Visa #'s after I canceled in Jan. 2018. offered a 50% curtousy refund which I agreed to. Asked to have a notation added that I will never order any product from them again in the future and she would not agree and hung up on me. Called my bank and I have no other charges as if my identity had been stolen.
I believe they did this internally and stated repeatedly so and she denied it.
I have had to cancel my credit card through my bank and make many arrangements through my other obligations for Auto pays as a result of their illegal practices. They said my acct info was not complete as on file and repeatedly said someone in my household or others have used my credit card to place this new order. Lies! I believed nothing she said especially after she hung up on me. Please help to keep them from using these illegal practices on other people. Thank You for you help with this matter.

Bait & switch:a free trial, launching into an 'undesired and unknown subscription'. This morphed into unauthorized (knowingly) drafts.
Drafting of an debit account, under the guise of free trial converting into an undesired subscription. The trial was an attempt to lower a1c levels, however there was no change recognized, thus I did not knowingly wish to subscribe to the CBD oil. Now I have been charged hundreds of dollars, for orders I did not request. These orders are now cluttering my domicile. The company's nefarious scheme is both unethical/misleading.

Desired Outcome

Stop unsolicited subscription of the CBD oil, and reverse the charges that I render to have been created without an explicitly designated approval by ***. Operating a vusiness in this manner is akin a felonious scam.

CBD oil ordered for friend with cancer. Keep sending it although I try to return all RTS. Keeps coming back. Have read scams on YELP. Called number.

I somehow am on a list to try CBD oil. I did open the first one and try it.
I believe it's a scam because it doesn't work.
I have been receiving more packages for months and cannot find the company or the telephone number to call them and tell them to cease. I found an 888 # and called and the guy said it wasn't the right company.
I send each one back marked REFUSED and unopened, but they keep sending. There is never anything in the packages that I did open, such as an invoice. Only a bottle of CBD oil. I feel Harrassed without recourse.
