As far as a response to this complaintThere is one thing that baffles me about thisWe don't have an employee named "***" that works at that store
Also, printed on every receipt is our return policy that states that refunds will be given to any unopened product with original receipt within daysWe are more than happy to swap her out for other products that will work for herIt's the fact that I don't even know for sure if she made this purchase from our store without the receiptThere are over Complete Nutrition stores in the U.Sthat are owned by other franchisees, so I don't even know if she made this purchase in the East Towne store
I don't want this customer to be unhappy but I'm not sure where to go from here

I want a full refund. This business is a rip off. Nothing was ever discussed with me on whether they would back their product (it's amazing how they don't which shows me that they are frauds). I was "tricked" into signing up for a monthly fee that was also charged to my credit card which we disputed and it was removed. Maybe I got his name incorrect, but it is at the Appleton, WI location, he is high strung, has dark hair and a red mustache/beard I can also tell you he has children and a wife. Believe me, this is what he talked about (probably to distract me) during the buying process. I was never told how much until he wrung me up (I guess this is my mistake) and I am not going to spend weeks trying to find what works, when nothing worked like he said it would when I went back. I am absolutely disgusted with your business and will make it well know how horrible this company is if anyone should ask. I have gone back to GNC, at least if something doesn't work, they back it 100% and will refund all money even if there is only pill left

I spoke with *** from the business and he stated that the product was purchased on October 2, and the consumer did come back into the store several times and they suggested other products to tryOnce a product is opened, they cannot return the item for a money exchange their policy is on the
receipt, but they can help the consumer find other items to helpThe last exchange was on November 13,and they have not heard from the consumer since then

Review: Selling diet pills and creating to minors, not communicating the harmful effects of taking pills. Specifically Tone Clinical. Diet pills are dangerous and the sales team is prying on young kids desire to fit in and honing in on the peer pressure many teenagers are under.

Making false claims to results if kids take 6 pills per day they will increase thier muscle mass.Desired Settlement: STOP selling pills to minors 21 years old and younger and STOP making false claims that taking these pills will change their growing and developing bodies.

The Customer is 19 years old and came in to purchase products. He stated that his girlfriend broke up with him and he wanted to get in shape. He was sold products are completely safe for a 19 year old, and was pressured to buy anything. A few days later, he came in to the Store and returned the products saying his Mother saw the products at their house and did not want him to take ANY Supplements. We respectively understood and immediately returned the Products; even advising that he not buy anymore products until him and his Mother come to terms with what (if any) products were acceptable for him to take. Myself (the owner) communicated to my Staff that this Customer should not be sold any more products because I had an inclination that he was going to go behind his Mother's back and try to buy more products. I had gotten the impression that him and his mother were fighting over this and various things, and therefore, DID NOT want to be in the middle of it. I would rather not have his money, than deal with Customer Complaints. Despite our Business advising that he not shop here until his Mother and him can come to terms with what (if any) products he can take, he has come in to the Store behind her back and bought products from here after he returned his initial purchase. He has shopped during times when I have not been working, otherwise I would have asked him to leave, as I do not want to deal with this. I am going to banning him from the Store, as now his Mother is turning us in to the Revdex.com. As a Business Owner, it is not my responsibility to babysit a Mother's son and their behavior. I have done everything I can to keep him from buying products because I know how upset she gets. My staff also has discouraged him to shop here because of the initial return. Why would they want to sell him products, that are more than likely going to be returned? They don't.

Review: I spent over 200$ on their start up package. I did not lose ANY of the promised weight that they advertise you will. I went in multiple times to explain it was not working for me and wanted a refund. They continued to just give me different pills instead of my refund. They say you have 30 days to get a refund and I came back in there at least 3 times during that 30 days to return. No one would help me with a return. This place is very sneaky. They do not list any of their prices in the store or online. The products do NOT do what they promise either. The salesman got very snippy with me when I came in again to complain that the product was not working for me and even stated that I was trying to get something for free. All I wanted was my promised refund within 30 days.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund.

Review: I had purchased one of their products. I contacted them that it didn't make me feel right. so they suggested several different ways to try and even exchanged some of the product that I had already purchased. I have got notice from my doctor that I shouldn't take any product due to my families history and so I contacted them for a refund to my credit card and they said they can't do that. They never told me there would be no refunds on their product. They have told me they can only do a in store credit. I have no intentions of using this store again and they still won't refund my money bcause it is there policy. so I am out 228.26 and I feel like I have been totally ripped off. I contatced corporate of for this company and they even told the corporate office it was over the 30 days. well; when I suggested a refund before the thirty days that is when they wanted to exchange some product.Desired Settlement: 228.26 is just what I paid for their product. I do not want a in store credit because I will never use this store again.

This in response to a customer complaint ID #9491250. We have a great policy at Complete Nutrition with customers to exchange open products within 30 days. Any unopened products can be returned within 30 days.

This customer purchased products and after using the products for a couple weeks didn't like them. We worked with her to find other products and then exchanged them at no cost per for her. She then didn't want those products and demanded her money back. After explaining the policy and that we have plenty of other things she could use, she still wanted her money back. After not complying with her demands, she then came to us saying her doctor said she couldn't take it because she was having knee surgery. This would qualify as the first person to ever not even be able to take protein or a multi-vitamin because she was having knee surgery.

We did plenty to work with her and she made the decision she didn't want the products anymore. Our policy is on ALL receipts and on our sign right at the cash register. We worked with her to exchange products, taking the loss on those as well. She simply just wanted to get her money back after we had helped her several times in exchanges. The fact that she doesn't like the policy doesn't take away from the fact that is the policy, and a very consumer friendly policy at that.

This is a message return regarding the email sent to me on April 26, 2013. I had contact Complete Nutrition on the Northside of Spokane and I talked to [redacted]. I order a kit "Refirm" weight loss supplements. The total was 228.00 and during the conversation I had asked [redacted] if for some reason I could not take this product or if I was happy with it he said I could come to the store and we would try something else. I tried the product for about a week and I called [redacted] to let him know how this was working for me. Another week has passed and I had no response from him or anyone in that store. I did look up the company and I found that they had another store in the Spokane Valley which was so much closer for me so I called them. I called them and I did talk to Josh; I explained to him that I didn't know what the of the kit was making me have a funny feeling and that I could not take the product. He requested that I stop by the store and that he would exchange for another product. So I did this and I had no luck with this feeling. I explained to him my concerns since I felt like my heart was racing when I took this product. I am in my mid 50's and I asked my doctor about taking these products and he did not think this was good for me at all and recommended that I not take anything. He at this time and this was the first time that a in store credit would be given to me. I told this company I did not wish to have in store credit but a return on my credit charge card and I mailed the remaining product that I had to the store and sent it too Nic. I had told him I was also headed for another surgery and I did not wish to use anything else.

After this time all I heard from these people is that they don't do credit/returns and all they do is in store credits. I explained to him that with my upcoming surgery and advise from my doctor that I did not wish to have a in store credit and that I did not plan to use their store for any future purchases. hey just said well we can't help you because this is not our policy and that is that. Well; I feel they did a poor job of mentioning this when I purchased their product and after the fact is when I was told that is the policy. So in other words; they got my 228.00 and I get ripped off. I do have to get a hold of the credit card company and I will ask them to send me a copy of the statement that this was purchased on and when I get this I will mail it to your office.

Hi [redacted], This is [redacted] the manager of the Spokane valley Complete Nutrition. This email is in response to the letter you just sent us about [redacted]. [redacted] bought a C.T.S. system from us and did not like how she was feeling on the program so she stopped into our store and one of our consultants helped her by sampling something different to fit her body type. Then awhile later [redacted] called up wanting to return her system for money back. The policy is an exchange on products that are opened within 30 days. I then got the chance to explain everything to her about our policy and how I really wanted to help her get to her goal. She let me know that she was about to have surgery on her ankle and doesn’t want anything but a refund. I then told her about her in-store credit that doesn’t go bad that we can set her up with and that was not good enough. Thank you for returning my call yesterday. As I have stated before that I was not told when I purchased the product from Complete Nutrition that there was not a refundable policy. They did not tell me till I had told them I could not take the product and I wished to return the product and be credited back to my credit card. At this time I do not have any intentions of shopping in their store again and think it is awful that they can not refund to my credit card. So that basically leaves me out $228.26. Thank you for your help and if you need anything else please contact me.
