I attached the two invoices to my response from yesterday stating that we found unit popping breaker has a bad Compresser and needs to replace it.

I never asked for a letter stating that the unit was has been bad for any time frameAlso never implied on any type of lawsuitI asked for details regarding what the technician found during his service callWhile the technician was here he told us that the unit's wiring was all messed up and "mickey moused"All I asked for was details on what was found and that request was denied my the ownerAfter that request was denied I called the company and my phone call was never returnedAll I have is a receipt for a service callThat receipt includes an estimated cost of $7,to replace the unitAll I am asking for is an honest report of the service callAny contact with or through the Revdex.com could have been avoided if you would have simply returned a phone call.Thank you.*** ***

Responding to complaint #*** *** ***. Northern Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning did a service call for *** ***, *** *** ***, Bridgewater, MA 02324. Northern Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning found a bad Compressor at this location and gave the Customer
a quote on replacing equipment. Northern Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning had previous did a service call for a *** *** a year ago on 7/14/had to replace a Capacitor. That is a repair part. *** *** called after I did a service call on 7/25/and wanted Northern Comfort to write a letter to them saying unit was bad a year ago so they can give to an attorney to sue *** *** from whom they bought the house from. I told Mrs*** that Northern Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning (Owner, *** ** ***) that I can't write a letter to them that's fraud and I *** ** *** am not jepodizing my Company and the next thing I know they report me to the Revdex.com.  I never asked for a letter stating that the unit was has been bad for any time frame. Also never implied on any type of lawsuit. I asked for details regarding what the technician found during his service call. While the technician was here he told us that the unit's wiring was all messed up and "mickey moused". All I asked for was details on what was found and that request was denied my the owner. After that request was denied I called the company and my phone call was never returned. All I have is a receipt for a service call. That receipt includes an estimated cost of $7,400 to replace the unit. All I am asking for is an honest report of the service call. Any contact with or through the Revdex.com could have been avoided if you would have simply returned a phone call.Thank you.[redacted]
