[redacted] purchased a new John Deere mower that was delivered on August 25, 2016. The new mower experienced a blown fuse do to the wiring harness failing.Mrs. [redacted] discussed a new mower with the service manager. The service manager fixed and returned it to her home. The owner (Steve H***) was... out of the office from August 25th - AugiJt 27th.Mr. H [redacted] returned on Monday, August 28th and was made aware of the situation with Mrs. [redacted] . He called Mrs. [redacted] and apologized for her Inconvenience. Mrs. [redacted] is a good customer and was polite and professional In her conversation. Mrs. [redacted] was delivered a new mower on Wednesday, August 30th when her husband was oft work.If you have any further questions, please contact Steve H [redacted] at (812) 201-1114. Service Dept is terrible on lawnmowersStay away at all costs
Took mower in for standard yearly service & belt vibration problemSaid it would be weeksCalled at end of week Not doneSaid it would be Wed the following week
Called WedNot done, Said it would be tomorrowShowed up on Thu, & still not done
Gave the excuse that the guy who was going to work on it called in sickSaid it would be SatWent to get it Sat & made them engage the blades before I loaded it on the trailerGuess whatStill had the vibrationKept another week before I got it backNow I wonder what else they rushed thru & didn't actually do to my mower
Called the Owner & left a message to call me back to discussNever recieved call back

HorribleThis place's service department is a shamDO NOT USE THEMMy equipment has been there for a month and they have not even looked at itWarranty work from the manufacturer recommendedWhat a racket these guys gotI will NEVER buy from them againI can see why they are not Revdex.com Accredited

We had an new mower delivered this afternoon after 1:pm We have an acre of yardBefore my husband could get it all cut he had to stop and add gas The mower will not start again We followed step by step directions in the book, called service and they walked my husband through starting, nothing I told them we wanted to return the mower to be told that we could notThey said they will repair it and bring it back to us Why would I want a mower that stopped working before we owned it for hours? I find it hard to believe that we can not return itThis is the second mower we have purchased from themThe first one lasted yearsThat's why we went back there We will not be going back again
