Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Mr [redacted] BLATANTLY lies in his response He has never returned to view the work and did not return several calls after he agreed that he personally would come to view the work I have pictures available of paint on my furniture, floor, ceiling fan, etc I also have pictures of the poor repair Additionally, I have had opinions of other professionals-one of them literally laughed when I told them who had done the work telling me that many of his clients have had similar problems I don't want something for nothing I fully agree that contractors should be paid, fully, for their work, so long as they perform Unfortunately, I had left a check because I was out of town-the check was cashed BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE leaving me absolutely NO recourse!!! Finally, my mother is willing to sign a statement saying that she, in fact, told ***' employee that the work was horrible and if it were her she would have sued rather than letting him finish it At this point I wish I would have used ANYONE else to do the work and would have gladly paid twice as much He is unprofessional, inappropriate and his response is pure fallacy I am happy to forward pictures of the exceptionally poor craftsmanship and sloppy work Mr [redacted] has never once returned my calls after he agreed to come over to personally see the work His support of his staff is admirable, however unwarranted given his lack of personal knowledge-how can you comment if you haven't seen it?? I have contacted the Department of Agriculture Trade and Consumer Protection and am taking every possible avenue to ensure that others are aware of the poor work quality and lack of responsiveness I will also post in Angie's list and have spoken with the City of Wauwatosa to provide pictures and a statement in the City newsletter and in neighborhood newsletters I will do everything in my power to ensure that he does not take advantage of other homeowners Regards, [redacted]

line is, some people are just impossible to pleaseWe went back to Sara's home to fix or clean anything that she had a problem with and when we did, there was nothing to fix or cleanEven her own mother told us it looked beautifulThe only way to prove any of this so called horrible work is seeing pictures of itWe could go back and forth on this, bottom line is she just wants something for freeIt's her word against mineBefore you make any decisions about this unproven complaint, please have her send pictures, I don't think she will be able toAt the end of the job we were paid in fullIf she was so dissatisfied, why did she pay? I would hate to think that after all these years in business that anything on your end would be decided that would place my business in to such a permanent negative light without any proofPlease contact me to follow up on this complaint.

she had a problem with and when we did, there was nothing to fix or clean. Even her own mother told us it looked beautiful. The only way to prove any of this so called horrible work is seeing pictures of it. We could go back and forth on this, bottom line is she just wants something for free. It's her word against mine. Before you make any decisions about this unproven complaint, please have her send pictures, I don't think  she will be able to. At the end of the job we were paid in full. If she was so dissatisfied, why did she pay? I would hate to think that after all these years in business that anything on your end would be decided that would place my business in to such a permanent negative light without any proof.
