What a nightmare this company is. Booked an appointment to have rat and mouse droppings vacuumed from the concrete lined crawlspace. We were looking for a "professional job" by a "professional company". What a joke!!! Shows up with an old "Shopvac" (didn't even bring an extension cord, I had to hunt one down for him) no dust mask, or any protection from tracking crap through the house. I would think a "real pest control company" would have at least a decent vacuum. Maybe hepa? perhaps some booties?? Do they even know that rat and mouse feces carry disease??? Have they heard of Hantavirus? So he starts vacuuming, the vacuuming is making a huge storm of nasty dust. What a nightmare!! We wanted the area vacuumed to remove the crap, not have it sprayed everywhere (including 2 furnaces and an air conditioner) in a fine urine and feces dust. [redacted].
Well after a little while vacuuming, he comes out (tracking all the crap from the crawlspace through the house) to tell me it is just too much work for him and he is going to sweep up a little and be done. Really? Well he leaves and about a half an hour later I get a call from somebody in the office telling me I ripped them off because his gal [redacted] got two houses confused and messed up the invoice, then blamed me. Really? Its my fault? I dont work in your office! I hired your company and your gonna call me screaming? Anyway, I insisted they send me an invoice and well for $360, I got an hour of possible Hanta-Virus laden dust spewed all over the furnaces and a little bit of sweeping and I guess the yelling and false accusations were free.
