Unfortunately,Complete Pools and spas is 100% incorrect!
It does sound good on his part,but,my pool has had a leak since late last summer/fallWe may have closed the cover a total of half a dozen timesWe could not shut the cover because of the leakThe leak was leaking so bad that we could not keep a water level in the pool for the cover to sit onThe pool was without its cover all of fall,winter and spring! We had another pool company come in and fix the leak in late MayWhen the leak was repaired and the pool would hold water,we then tried closing the coverThat is when we contacted Complete Pools and Spas then they sent someone out to look at itComplete pools and spas said the ends that go into the cover were wore outThe Complete pools and spas hand tried to open /close the cover and it fell out of the guide and ripped the liner
I tried to talk to *** at complete pools and spas and he said that it was the covers fault that it ripped my liner and that I should have told them that it needed new ends!
The ends were not replaced when they installed the new cover,obviously they were wore out,but their professional installers didn't know they were not wore out!!!
*** said he would talk to the hand that he sent out and get back to me but he never has to this day
We have had another pool company fix the cover recently that was recommended by cover star auto pool coversThey were in disbelief of how bad of a job that Complete pools and spas had done!
By the way,I could have not had a cover that lasted for years and not have taken care of my pool!!! The rope had broken,that is why we called them in the first place and then decided to go ahead and replace it
Also,the other two pool companies that have been out have told us that this pool liner WAS,in great shape,and that we had many more years before we would have to replace it! Unfortunately,we are going to have to replace it ASAP!

Last year customer had a hole in his light nich that was causing him to lose water in poolWe gave him a price permanently, he declinedWe patched it and told him the repair was temporary

is his reply, would cause damage to the ropes and sliders because the cover has to lay on the water for supportIf water get too low the cover will break which is not a warrantee problemCustomer should have called us and let us know he was still leaking and allow us to fix the light properlyThis could all have been avoided had we
known last year he was having a problem
