We continue to disagree with Ms***She either does not recall the specifics of the work we agreed to and then did perform or is being disingenuous. We were hired to perform a background investigation on the Subject which included a "phone campaign" on his past and recent employment status. We performed these services completely. Attached is a copy of the Professional Services Agreement with the Client and the full Case Report. It is unfortunate that we were unable to discover the exact details which Ms*** desired or she believed to true. We did however provide the professional service and effort which she had requested. We hope this bring resolution to this matter.Regards,Randy W***Executive Vice President480-990-

To whom it may concern,We are in receipt of Mr*** Complaint. We have reached out to and engaged in communications with Mr*** regarding this matter. Our response to his Complaint is very simple. He and his family have never been and are not the Subjects of any
investigation conducted by our office. If he is in fact being followed by some 3rd party it is by someone who is not affiliated with our Company. We are sympathetic to Mr*** perceived problem however we are not the cause of nor can we assist in helping him resolve this matter. We respectfully request that this Complaint be dismissed.Regards,Randy W***Executive Vice PresidentInternational Counterintelligence Services, Inc.***

To whom it may concern,Firstly, Ms*** has submitted a duplicate Complaint to the Revdex.com for the same subject matter. That Complaint Number is ***. We request that the two Complaints be merged or that Complaint Number *** be cancelled.I spoke with Ms*** on 2/22/18. She acknowledged that our Company performed surveillance for her at the location she requested on November 22, 2017. She also acknowledged receiving the Report we rendered for this surveillance. This Report also documentated additional surveillance we performed. As I have stated previously we performed the service as she requested and outlined in our Professional Services Agreement with her. We fully performed our obligations thereunder.Ms*** expressed continued disatissfaction however. We are sympathetic to her situation and understand that our efforts did not produce the exact results she wanted. However, we cannot control the actions of a subject. We can only document what we witness. Our Agreement does not guarantee results. It guarantees performance, which we satisfied. I explained this to her.As such, we continue to maintain our position and we will not offer a refund to her. Thank you.Randy W***Executive Vice PresidentICS, inc

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

We are in receipt of Ms*** secondary response. An additional review of her case indicates that all work requested was completed by our Company. While the exact results desired were not achieved it does not diminish that the appropriate time and effort was expended on her
behalf. Our billing and charges are fully supported by our Agreement with her. As such, we do not believe she is entitled to a refund.Thank you.Randy W***Executive Vice President###-###-####

To whom it may concern, We are in receipt of and have reviewed Ms*** Complaint. One of the benchmarks of our Company is timely and accountable communications and reporting to our Clients. We service over 1,new clients each year and always strive to meet this professional
standard. We acknowledge that a failure in communication did occur with regard to Ms***. It must be noted that investigative efforts were performed and partial results were reported to her. She did previously acknowledge to us that this work product occurred. However, because we did not meet our own professional standards with regard to thorough and responsive communications we are refunding her entire fee deposit to her. Thank you. To whom it may concern,Our Company provides comprehensive private investigation services. On our about July 15, 2015, *** *** engaged our Company to monitor and surveil the activities of her estranged husband. She was desirous to confirm whether he was engaging in infidelity.
Our Company agreed to commence this investigation with a deposit of $2,250. This transaction occurred on the same July 15, 2015. Please see the attached Professional Services Agreement with *** ***.Thereafter Company Case Manager *** *** coordinated *** ***'s investigationThis included communicating with *** *** regarding specifics relative to the case and managing logistics. An ICS field investigator performed surveillance on two separate days. A report of these findings was provided to *** *** and is attached to this Response. Unfortunately, during these periods of surveillance *** ***'s husband was not identified.Upon receipt of this Complaint the undersigned contacted *** *** in hopes of resolving her grievances. A spirited but healthy email exchanged occurred. On Tuesday, August 18th, I made an adjustment to the *** ***'s invoice and offered a refund. This amount was $390. Since this time I have yet to hear back from *** ***. Attached is a copy of this email exchange. Our Company continues to be open to resolving this matter with *** ***. We believe there is a mutually satisfactory resolution to be achieved. Finally, we do take issue with *** ***'s characterization of our Company as a "SCAM" or the "WORST investigation company." These claims are simply falseOur Company has been in business for almost years. This longevity is not achieved through fraudulent or inept service. We understand *** ***'s frustration with the results of her investigation, however it was not because of the professional and quality work performed by our Company.Regards,*** ***Executive Vice President*** ***

We appreciate MsJ***'s additional comments. However, we feel that she has made statements which are contrary to her demands. She stated that in her most recent commentary that "Clearly, at this point, the investigation had moved from the first phase." She is therefore acknowledging that our Company completed the first phase of her case. Our Agreement with her stated that the fee for the first phase was $975. As such, she has admitted that we earned this fee. Also, we have acknowledged that we were unable to complete the second phase of the investigation by mid-July. MsJ*** became frustrated and elected to terminate the case. We believe with more time and patience we would have been able to complete the second phase, but we honored her request. Accordingly we refunded the earmarked amount of $to her for the second phase. We did this prior to her filing this Complaint. We respectfully disagree with MsJ***. We will not offer any further monies to her to resolve this matter, especially since she has acknowledged that we completed work as specifically described in our Agreement with her.Randy W***Executive Vice PresidentICS, Inc

To whom it may concern,Our Company disputes Mr*** claims. In January of this year he hired our Company to perform an infidelity investigation on his fiancé. We provided three days of field work following his fiancé. During that period numerous photos were taken and reported
to Mr***. Based on the field work his fiancé did not appear to be engaging in any infidelity. We can provide photos and details of the field work upon request. We take offense to Mr*** claims that our efforts provided "no results." This is patently and disingenuous on his part.Subsequent to the filing of this Complaint we have had numerous communications with Mr*** regarding the investigation and his alleged grievance. Unfortunately we could not seek a resolution. As such, we will not agree to his desired settlement.Regards,Randy W*** Executive Vice PresidentInternational Counterintelligence Services, Inc.***

To whom it may concern,We can confirm that [redacted] is a Client of our Company.  In July of this year he engaged our Company to locate extensive personal information about two Subjects in the Country of Georgia.  He also requested that we obtain any formal records on the Subjects...

if they were available.  After counselling with him extensively our Company agreed to assist him.  Over the course of several weeks our staff and field agents were able to uncover information about the Subjects.  This information was reported to [redacted] to which he acknowledged.  Unfortunately, our sources were not able to retrieve any formal documents as he desired. We share [redacted] frustration in not being able to obtain these records. It was not however out of lack or effort.  This fact should not diminish our discovery of previously unknown information about the Subjects which reported to [redacted].  Nor should this end result entitle him to a full refund of his $2,600 deposit.  It should be noted that the obtention of the records was not the sole and singular purpose of the engagement.  Our Professional Services Agreement with [redacted] is attached which describes the engagement.  It was not an all or nothing arrangement.  He was billed for the time and effort spent by our Company's staff and agents. We previoulsy agreed to rebate $500 of his $2,600 deposit within the confines of his complaint filed through his credit card company.  We are amenable to a further refund of $250, however he needs to retract his statement that our Company is "a complete scam."  This is defamatory and unacceptable.  Our Company has been in business for our 50 years, services over 500 new clients annuallly, and has an A+ rating with the Revdex.com.  A Company cannot achieve this distinction and venerability without providing substance and value to its cleintele. Please advise if you need any additional information or documentation.Regards,Randy W[redacted]Executive Vice PresidentICS, Inc.

The Professional Services Agreement of 6/19/16 states clearly that "The Subject will be provided correspondence from the Client and offered immediate escort to a hotel." On 7/19/16, in an email correspondence, Mr. B[redacted] stated, "We have tried to go out a few times and no one has answered. I told my investigator to keep trying this week." Clearly, at this point, the investigation had moved from the first phase "to verify and locate the address of her sister" and into the second phase "to personally deliver to the sister a letter from the Client and then provide transportation for the sister if she chose to do so from her residence to a hotel or safe location."In his email correspondence of 7/27/16, Mr. B[redacted] stated, "The gentleman that went out originally didn't seem to understand that he may have to transport her until he went to the residence a few times." This statement clearly establishes that the investigator was not initially prepared to offer my sister the immediate  agreed upon "escort" in the contractual agreement. In his email correspondence of 6/19/16, the day the Professional Services Agreement was signed, Mr. P[redacted] asked me to provide him with a "Hand written letter from you. Start it off by saying you sent us and she can leave now." I wrote such a letter and emailed it to Mr. P[redacted]. I have attached the letter as evidence of both the specific instructions provided me by ICS and the importance given to providing my sister with immediate escort in order to secure her safety.Clearly, the investigator, by Mr. B[redacted]'s own admission "didn't seem to understand" the nature of his contractual obligation.Sincerely,Sam J[redacted]

In June of this year Ms. J[redacted] hired our Company to assist with locating and verifying the welfare of her sister,  Deena J. N[redacted].  Ms. J[redacted] feared that her sister was in an abusive relationship and wanted to provide a means, if possible, for her to exit said relationship. ...

Our Agreement called for two phases.  The first phase was to verify and locate the address of her sister.  The second phase would be to personally deliver to the sister a letter from the Client and then provide transportation for the sister if she chose to do so from her residence to a hotel or safe location.  The total fee was $1,500, which was split $975 for the first phase and $525 for the second phase.  Attached is a copy of said Agreement.Firstly, administrative background searches were conducted to verify Ms. N[redacted]'s address.  A local agent was then secured in order to complete phase one.  This included conducting surveillance and performing several door knocks at the residence.  All activity by our field agent was discrete and did not reveal or expose any information about Ms. J[redacted]'s investigation or put Ms. N[redacted] in danger.  At this point the investigation stalled and the Ms. J[redacted] became dissatisfied and requested that the investigation be halted.  Our Company did so.The undersigned had several email exchanges and phone conferences regarding the investigation.  She indicated her desire not to proceed forth with phase two.  Accordingly, our Company refunded $525 to her on July 29th, which was earmarked for this phase of the investigation. We understand Ms. J[redacted]'s frustration with her investigation.  However, were ready, willing and able to complete our obligations under the Agreement but she declined.  We feel that we earned the $975 fee in good faith.  At this point we are not willing to refund any further funds to Ms. J[redacted], however we are willing to discuss this matter further with her.Respectfully Submitted,Randy W[redacted]Executive Vice PresidentICS, Inc.

Randy W[redacted],  Unfortunately, I disagree with your arguments. Yes, my bank rejected my claim as they do not do a deep investigation onto why these charges needed to be charged back. What I mean by this, they only check if I authorized this transaction, which I did, I never denied that once they confirm this they closed the claim in your favor, that is why I’m reaching to Revdex.com since I have more opportunity of my case to be reviewed. Please look at the attachments I’m sending as a proof by the way I’m using the ones ICS provided to my bank account, but I highlighted the parts where it shows ICS’s mistake. I’m also adding my own since you didn’t provide all the emails we exchanged. Please take a look at all of them I will upload. Also here is a summary of the parts I highlighted The reason I believe he is in the business of buying , fixing & selling is because of all the properties they been buying on foreclosure ,on the last investigation you send me [redacted] ocampo (wife) & Nick Ferraro (boss  of [redacted] & Owner of Tires Unlimited) bought this house  [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] ** 60620 for $35,000 and recently sold for $145,000 its mentioned that it was remodeled also is for sale like rent to own the shop [redacted] bought last Year [redacted] [redacted] also indicate that is been remodeled and now is ready ,last month they just bought this house  [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] ** [redacted] for $47,000 and pictures shows it needs to be fixed.  I can only write so many letters so I have to delete all I wrote but I have all the email back and foward with Regina

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response.  If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. The business explained to me their effort and explained to me their attempt investigation and it was misunderstanding from my side , I am not looking for a refund and would like to retract my complaint

To whom it may concern,Unfortunatley we disagree with Ms. [redacted] summary of our work performed for her.  On or about August 30, 2017, she engaged our Company for $750 to perform an background on her ex-husband's new wife.  This was completed and a report was sent to her on about...

September 11, 2018. She then engaged us again on November 2, 2017, to perform surveillance on her ex-husband.  Based on her known financial hardship she was provided an extra day of surveillance on the subject.  The surveillance Report was sent to Ms. [redacted] on November 30, 2017.  The contractual agreements and reports for each of these investigations are attached. We are not willing to offer Ms. [redacted] a refund.  We performed every thing she requested of us and then some.  While we are sympathetic to her situation it cannot be refuted several individuals within our organziation spent substantial time and effort with professionalism on her behalf.  It should also be noted that in early December of 2017 Ms. [redacted] filed a chargeback regarding the $1,200 deposit she had made with her credit card.  We responded in kind with a summary and documentation (the same as those attached) evidencing our work product.  Her bank ended up rejecting her chargeback and ruled that we were entitled to the $1,200.  Please contact us with requests for addtional documentation or information.  Thank you.Randy W[redacted]Executive Vice PresidentICS, inc.

this is not the case of the desired results were not obtained. They didn't do the work that I asked them to do. So of course the desired work was not obtained. I asked to go to specific locations and they didn't. Had they have gone to the requested locations, I would have understood. I kept telling them the locations were not the ones and I was ignored. That is why I am requesting a refund. They did not provide the service that was agreed upon. The contract said that they were getting paid to go to those specific locations. They didn't go. They breached the contract.
