COMPLETE REMODELING OF EL PASO

Owner *** and crew didnt complete bathroom remodel. Left trash on side of house. Was not worked on in a timely manner
We developed an under structure leak in our garage. Water flooded through the walls and floors straight into our bathroom, bedroom and bedroom closet destroying the cabinets, flooring and parts of the walls.We notified insurance. Called a few companies to get quotes. On May 21, 2018 *** with Complete Remodeling came by said that he could take care of the leak and all the other damage that was done. Insurance rep came. Quote was given and filed our claim.Insurance Issued us a check. *** said if we signed check over to him he would not cash it until work was done. We found out later that he had cashed it prior to beginning work on our bathroom. We did ask him what our budget would be for the tile. Mr. repeatedly stated not to worry about the cost. Just to make sure we got tile that we really liked as we would be the ones with the outcome. We had decided on a white wave tile. The crew brought in boxes of this tile but stated they could not find enough or the two different sizes. Mr. said for us to take another look around and see if there is another tile that might interest us. We did find something else and again we asked if it was in budget. Again he said not to worry about the price we just needed to make sure thats what we wanted. At this point it has been three weeks since we signed with him. Work was being done but slowly. Usually crew would be there two-three days out of the week. Mr. was also notified in the beginning of the vanity that needed to be ordered. We were told it would take two-three weeks. We didn't see the vanity until August. I would place calls to *** who was the receptionist for the business. I would ask if any of the crew was coming today. She would have to call me back she did not know. This went on and on. The crew he hired to do the tile was great, no problem at all with them. They completed all the tiling but still the bathroom was not complete. Mr. came in to do a walk through and listened to what we had to say as far as what still needed to be done. Which was also trying to locate more of the mosaic tile that they had run out of. That was taken care of that day. However we had told him what was still needed to complete the job. It included a glass shower door and panel for the shower, also still needed to complete molding around the door to the bathroom. Bathroom mirror still needed to be hung. There was all the trash on the side of our home that needed to be taken away.. To this day we have continued trying to reach Mr *** but he is not returning our calls and neither is *** at his office. All we can do is leave messages. The crew also left us with our newly laid bathroom floor filthy from all the dirt and water that was used during the construction and it has been ground into the grout.
