Complete rental management is one of the worst rental companys in puebloThey are thieves and liars they will take your deopsite for no reasonWhen I moved out of my home I had the carpets professionally cleanedWhen I recoved my deposit they charged me for an additional carpet cleaningWhen I asked about it they told me I did not provide a receipt when I actually didI went into the office with the recipt and they told me they cleaned the carpets again because they were not clean enoughThey were very rude and unprofessionalPlease save yourself a headache and stay away from the slumlords

I am a disabled army veteran and I went to complete rental management to rent one of their homes. It was ran down and front step was dangerous by I almost fell. I asked them if I rented so called property they would fix the house and the next day I was contacted and told my background was bad and I find that hard to believe cause I checked if my credit was checked and they did not even check my credit and I know it is not my back ground cause I have an mmj badge you can't have that if you have any felonys. I have 3 dogs to are sevice dogs and one is in training and they are horrible people and need to not be renting to any other people in pueblo. I will be taking to court as well.

Shady, dishonest, and poorly managed.

Within the first week of moving in to the property tiles fell off the fireplace, the roof leaked, a pre-existing leak under the kitchen sink flooded the kitchen, poorly installed shower fixtures broke, and roaches infested our property. We made several immediate calls to [redacted], only to be ignored. For two weeks we couldn't use the kitchen sink or upstairs shower in fear our house would flood even more. The roof and fireplace were never repaired, which eventually became further damaged by no fault of mine.

Whenever I had a concern or when I would call to report damage, no one would answer, or the office staff would fail to write down my reports. We had only two "walk-through" inspections of the property right when we moved in, and were never told to fix anything or that we were not keeping the house up to standard.

Regardless, I attempted to stay another lease in the house because their prices were fair I could not afford another deposit. After submitting my request to re-lease to [redacted], she agreed upon signing a new lease and we set up an appointment to do so.

THE DAY OF the new lease signing(a few days before the old lease ended) [redacted] call an hour before our appointment and informed me she would not resign a lease to me. Unless I could move out in the 5 business days of the remaining lease, I would have to pay for another month's rent. She left me to find a new rental, pay $1200 for an extra months rent, and has yet to refund any of my $1450 deposit. On top of all that, the owner is now SELLING the property through a different company. This means CRM didn't use any of my deposit to repair my so-called damages to the house. So much of my hard-earned money in the pockets of [redacted].
