Complete Steam Clean

Got my carpets steam cleaned in my RV by Complete Steam Clean of Windsor. As I watched him do the job, I noticed that I didn't see any soap of foam being sucked up through the clear head of the vacuum. The gentleman assured me that there was soap in the steam. Later after in dried and we took the RV camping, I stepped on this sharp piece of metal embedded in the rug and my foot began to bleed. Later we found several pieces of metal shavings embedded in our rug and had to remove them so we wouldn't step on them again. Also I asked for scotch guard to applied and watched as he was doing it. After the first spill on the carpet - nothing beaded and the stain soaked right into the carpet immediately. Very disappointing!
