Complete Technology Resources, Inc. ([redacted]) set up our phone systems with a specific type of software that could only be serviced by him. When we contact him for service he did not return calls or emails to help with our issues. We are now in a position where we are trying to run a business with a phone system that doesn't work correctly. We are a small business and phones are critical to our success. We made that clear to [redacted] and he still refuses to respond. I want to make sure that people are aware of his poor service record before using his services.
