We test drove it each time he brought it back and drove it for miles, we could never get it to duplicate the issue he was talking aboutHe finally told us it only did this when he was towing his utility trailerWe then picked up this truck with the trailer attached and did find it was dragging, but this was because his trailer was too heavy for his ExpeditionWe even filled his Expedition with gas for himHe eventually told us he was going elsewhere and did not want us to do anything more

This vehicle has a transmission they put in the ton trucks from FordThe trailer only weighs thousand poundsIt should have no trouble pulling this trailerThe problem does repeat itself without the trailerI took it to another shop telling me the seams valve is dumping instead of buffering in the lockAnother shop said my ACC Valve is hanging or a possible solenoid is badIt also says TCC Mod may be defectiveIt's all in the electronics
The company said it was an easy fix but it will have to be pulled out
I am not satisfied with the business response and the issue is not resolved

I am not fixing his emergency brake cableIt sat here hours he changed his mindTransmission had no parts we had to push it into a spotBefore he got it in here he changed his mindWe didn't charge him for diagnoses or anything.
