Revdex.com spoke with the business regarding this case. The business is able to address this for the customer, but was told not to come to this job at the time of the service. He provided the customer information that would cause a delay coming back and at first the customer accepted that and then came...

back and demanded service. The business was unable to come to the customer home and that was when he was told not to return. At this time he is unaware the customer wanted anything from him, he will come out again to address the cuts.
