I would NEVER recommend this place. I got married October 13th 2018. My wedding was at 6pm and they told me they would be there at 5pm. 15 min before I walk down the aisle I was told they were not there and called them, they told me they had wrecked on the way there and would try to make it. No one ever showed up or even told me about the wreck until I called. I was told several times on the phone and through text I would receive a refund. I never did and they then started ignoring phone calls and texts from me and my wedding planner. A year and a half later I still have no refund of $600. POOR POOR BUSINESS and NO PROFESSIONALISM.
We are very sorry and shocked to hear this review. Complete East Texas has changed ownership and is a brand new company starting 1/1/2020.
I should still be able to get my $600 as this is not my fault it is now owned by someone else.
Since we are a new business we are not responsible for this. We am very sorry that happened to you but we cannot refund you money for a service we did not perform or sell to you. The company you are upset at no longer exists.
