Complete Wrecker Service

The customer called us and explained that he had a/c units to checkIt was CLEARLY explained that there would be a service charge of $ to check the first unit and $ to check each additional unitIt was also CLEARLY explained that we would diagnose each unit, provide a price for whatever work was required for each unit and if any of that work was done we would apply the service charge to the prices quotedUpon examination of each unit we determined that all of the units required cleaning and one needed an adjustment to the fan bladeCleaning requires each unit to be dis-assembled, sprayed down with a chemical cleaner, power washed and re-assembledThis cannot be done in the customers houseMost AC units manufactured today have Sleeves which stay in the apartment and the guts of the units (known as chassis) are what is removed in order to service the unitsWe remove hundreds of these units per week to service for our customer sWe gave this customer no indication that the units would be able to be serviced in his apartmentEvery customer that has a unit serviced is left with an empty sleeve (that we cover and tape up)This is how window and wall air conditioning units are servicedThis particular customer refused to have the units removedHe was charged the service fee as per our agreementIf this customer wishes to have the units removed and serviced we will still honor the prices quoted without charging an additional service fee for making a 2nd trip as is our policyWe will honor this option without any additional charge until June ***,

Cleaning requires each unit to be dis-assembled, sprayed down with a chemical cleaner, power washed and re-assembled. This cannot be done in the customers house. Most AC units manufactured today have Sleeves which stay in the apartment and the guts of the units (known as chassis) are what is removed in order to service the units. We remove hundreds of these units per week to service for our customer s. We gave this customer no indication that the units would be able to be serviced in his apartment. Every customer that has a unit serviced is left with an empty sleeve (that we cover and tape up). This is how window and wall air conditioning units are serviced.
