I would highly recommend CompleteIRA.com and Joshua's services. I had known about Solo 401Ks for years and the ability to invest in real estate, but I was afraid to make the jump. I finally did after finding CompleteIRA.com's website and talking with Joshua. He made it so easy and provided all the necessary templates and forms. He walked me through every step of the process, and the only difficult part was dealing with my "electronic" brokerage firm. It turned out they weren't so electronic, nor did they understand what I wanted. Joshua helped me resolve those issues and even offered to do a 3-way conference with them to explain their procedures to them (ha). I eventually switched from that company to the much more user-friendly [redacted]. I have found Joshua very responsive to my requests for clarification. His helpfulness was especially appreciated after I basically shelved any dealings with my account during a bout with a major illness. I was able to pick up right where we left off once I was back on my feet. I am very grateful to have found a company that gives me personal attention. It is the relationship that has developed that makes all the difference and that you would not get with a larger firm.

[redacted] was a great help getting my SD Solo 401K set up. We had a few issues with my old IRA company and he took time to get on the phone with them and help get the transfer completed. Cost was around half the other services I checked out. [redacted] was always very responsive when I called with questions.
