Review: This magazine has been sent to me twice now, unsolicited. I have repeatedly contacted them to REMOVE my address from their database, and I continue to receive the magazine. I have not received a bill yet, but I am sure that that will come soon. I did not request these magazines. I will not pay for these magazines. Thank you for any help!

Review: Starting this year we began receiving Complex Magazines without our authorization. On two occasions, documented as well, we attempted contacting the company without avail. We want to cancel all subscriptions to the magazine to prevent unjust charges and the clutter it adds to our mailbox.Desired Settlement: The subscription needs to be canceled with no financial obligations due to the illegal practice of issuing magazine subscriptions to unknowing homeowners.

for a couple of years now. I never originally ordered, requested nor paid for the magazine subscription, I have called and emailed to have my name and address removed from the mailing list but still keep receiving the trash.

I'm not sure how they go about randomly sending people subscriptions when the cover violates basics in decency and morals. I don't want my 5 year old handling another copy.Desired Settlement: I would like to never see another copy of their magazine.

Review: I have paid for a magazine subscription for my husband [redacted] on 08/**/2014 (Debit Card W/D: Check Card COMPLEX MEDIA LLC [redacted] NY Date 08/**/14 Card [redacted] -$19.99). His magazine subscription was canceled by the vendor due to them no longer printing the magazine subscriptions. I contacted Complex Media on 01/**/15 to find out the status of his magazine subscription and it was THEN that I told it would not be fulfilled. I spoke w/ a rep by the name of [redacted] who advised me she would send my information over to the central office for a refund of $19.99 due to this. I have been back and forth with Complex Media since then. on 02/**/15 I spoke with a [redacted] who advised me that my refund was just "sitting there and hasn't been processed" and that she put in the refund to be processed and advised me it would be a maximum of 10 business days until I received it. Long behold, still no refund. So I called on 03/**/15 and spoke w/ another rep who told me that my refund was never issued because it has to be sent to their central office for processing and that I was (once again) provided incorrect information. At this point, I have called the company more then 15 times in regards to my refund. I am getting no where with this refund and this "central office" has yet to process my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the subscription due to them canceling it. I have paid $19.99 for services that are not rendered and I believe it's been far TOOOOOOOO long to have to wait for my refund. They should refund my card back for the services I paid for.

Review: I started getting this magazine unsolicited a few years ago. I have requested numerous times to be removed from the distribution list. Each time there is no response or if I get someone live, they say that they have stopped the "subscription"; however, they just keep coming. This magazine is not wanted, and I need for them to stop delivering it to me.Desired Settlement: Stop sending unwanted magazines to me and others (there are several similar complaints online).
