Paid them the upfront fee and never was able to move in the apartment I picked. Before I paid them they were all for it and wanted my money. Now I have lost money and lost my time and still have no place. They made some excuse that the unit was gone but I called the apartments they gave me and they had never heard of these people.

This was my last leap and I’m glad I took a chance with this company, because I ended up getting apartment in December, 2022. The process started back in process started back in October, even though the process took a little longer for me due to what was available for my needs, in the end I now have a place I can call home again. I’ve been in my apartment for in my apartment for about a month now. Only thing I must advise is to stay on the apartment complex until the lease is sent over after your final payment, because since the process is being done 3rd party, it can be confusing to get contact with apartment complex after, but you paid for it, so sure to questions to get the information you need, email them if they don’t respond to calls. All I can say is Awesome. Process was easy and fast Shakira was so helpful and always available for me. Started the process and moved in my new place in a week and s half. This is not a scam. Thank you guys so much. I love my new place!!!

Responsive, informative, and personal. I was able to get the apartment I wanted and I didn't have to do anything other than verify my income! I would 100% recommend this company. Their fee is a small price to pay to get the apartment of your dreams when you're unable to due to imperfect credit.

Complex approval is the best they help me and my daughter get into the apartment that we want they go step by step with u I highly recommend this company no matter what your credit issue is.

Do not deal with this company I paid a $50 Applications to them then a $250 deposit then I paid $50 application fee for the apartment.I was not approved by the apartment so I asked for a refund of my $250 they sent me a email saying they would refund my money in 3-5 business days I received $100 that was it I emailed them and called the number my bank said refunded the $100 to me it was a buy houses for cash company. These people or crime and knows day or just getting over on people and bad situations, The horrible part is if a person is coming to them for help getting a place to live and paying them money that means they really needed help. I scraped that money up I have been staying in a hotel with my 3 kids and no where to go and Didn't know this company complex approval would rip me off this is a bear company please do not deal with them. An don't try to call them when they know they don't want to refund your money they won't pick up with that fake 1 800 Business answering service phone that they have, I only talk to one girl this is a scam with someone doing a at home scam business trying to put appointments under a LLC name
