of Complex Tax in regards to the above mentioned ID number [redacted].Complex Tax is a seasonal tax Service and we would like the general public to understand that.  The complainant’s attempt to complete their tax returns was several months after the end of tax season. Complainant did not pre-pay for any services. In fact, we do not collect any funds from taxpayers until their returns are filed.Complainant failed to provide a multitude of information at their tax appointment. Their failure to (further) timely provide the additional information that Complex Tax requested was interpreted that the client had made alternative decisions to prepare their returns elsewhere.Although we are seasonal, there are provisions and alternative ways we offer our  clients to reach us after tax season is over. Post season services that our clients can purchase if they desire year round are available.
