No transaction has taken place with this customerThis customer is not someone looking to purchase from usShe contacted us about selling Beanie BabiesWe agreed to look at and evaluate what they had in February However after providing her pre-paid [redacted] shipping labels she never shipped them to usWe had [redacted] send her shipping labels on multiple occasions throughout the following months to the customers AOL emailShe kept calling saying they never received the labels We kept trying & also tried numerous times to contact her via emailEvery time she said she was not getting emailsShe starting calling and getting very hostile with my girls on the phoneShe started demanding that we buy her stuff immediately because she needed the moneyWe didn't know what else to do so we cancelled the labels that we sent and decided that we didn't want to evaluate at her items anymoreThis sent her off the handle and caused this complaintCommunication with her was extremely difficultTo date no transaction has taken placeIt is very unfortunate how it turned outThis is the first time in years that something like this has happened

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Over the years, my daughter and I have collected over TY Beanies Honestly, this evolved to be a heartwarming hobby I’m a mom of three who home schools my year old son who is diagnosed with autismMy other two children play in the band at each of their schools; one in middle school and one in high school My intent was to find creative ways to assist in paying for the band dues for my daughter who is in high school One idea I had was to see if I could sell some of the beaniesWhile looking online, I came across a website [redacted] ) that said, we are buying your TY Beanies I called the number listed on the website, asked a few questions, then decided to go through our collection to see if I could sell some of them I figured that this would not make a lot of money but that it would help someI see now that this was not a good idea.Forgive me if I’m wrong but this seller or someone at this seller seems to lack integrity Perhaps I was a bit harsh in my first expression of this, and for this I apologize I should have kept my composure Still, it seems that the responses I received from the seller were cunning and vindictiveI absolutely cannot believe that this has turned into what it hasI seriously feel that I have to be careful what I say about this because I’ve already experienced that the seller has taken my words, twisted and turned them into his advantage, and offered how he can seek revenge This is ridiculous! The seller paid what honestly seemed to be an unfair portion of what was expected and unfortunately, I realize that I have no way of proving this Now the seller is asking for this amount back and I will glady return it because I’d rather not be a part of something like this Regards, [redacted]

This customer is not buying items from us. They asked to sell us Beanie Babies. They provided a list of 38 Beanie Babies to sell us on August 15th, 2017. They agreed to sell each one at a specific price. We emailed them a pre-paid label on August 17th, 2017. They shipped the items to us to evaluate... to see if we wanted to buy them at the specific individual prices. The policy states we will review the items and purchase once approved. When the items came in 9 of the 38 were damaged & non-mint. They were non-mint due to creased tags & being dirty. We removed those from the order and purchased all the others at the prices agreed upon when the list was entered. No prices were changed and they received full payment for all mint Beanies. I provided an option to return the 9 non-mint and sent them the [redacted] payment for the mint ones. After that the customer said they no longer wanted to sell any and wanted them all back. Even though they agreed to sell already and received payment. This is not how the service works and the customer knew that ahead of time. Now out of spite they opened this claim and are demanding & threatening that buy all items including the damaged ones. The transaction has be concluded at this time and payment sent to them. If they would like the non-mint items returned they do have that option.

[redacted] has removed the funds from my account at this timeI am currently waiting for further information from [redacted] regarding the disputeNot only did [redacted] dispute the items that he didn't like but disputed the entire amount which included items he was satisfied withSo currently I am out all the money plus shippingAt this time I would like to wait for [redacted] before I proceed with with action of harassment against [redacted]

This is a customer that is not buying from usThey wanted to sell us Beanie BabiesWe agreed to look at & evaluate what they had for saleWe specifically asked about the condition of the itemsWe asked if they were like new, mint, clean and smoke & odor freeShe said replied yesWe
sent the customer pre-paid shipping labels which cost us a total of $for *** groundWhen the items came in they smelled terrible due to cigarette smoke and most were dirty & yellowing because of itIt was really grossWe immediately took pictures and contacted the customer by email to explain that we looked at her items and couldn't purchase in this conditionShe didn't deny the smoke or knowing that they were dirtyShe assumed she would be able to get a lesser amountUnfortunately, we can't purchase items in this condition as we have no use for themSo we told her we could ship them back herHowever we would require shipping to be paidShe didn't want to do thatHowever she knew & agreed to the terms when she decided to ship the items to usAt the moment the items are still sitting in our warehouse and we are waiting to hear back from herWe buy alot of Beanie BabiesOver collections a weekVery rarely does something like this happenBut occasionally it does which is unfortunate because it causes an unhappy ending like thisAgain the customer is welcome to have all the items shipped backThat is always an option

This is not an order where a customer wanted to buy from us. They wanted to sell us Beanie Babies. We agreed to look at and evaluate the customer Beanies so paid $22.00 in shipping by sending them a pre-paid label. Of the 69 Beanie Babies that arrived only 39 were mint. The others were dirty used...

and had creased tags. We paid them for the mint ones via [redacted] and put the rest aside which can be returned. We emailed the customer saying which ones we would be buying and showed pictures of the non-mint ones. She flipped out over our email and said that if we didn't pay her she would file a Revdex.com complaint. We will not be blackmailed in purchasing her garbage items. That is actually illegal. She knew that by sending us the items we would evaluate and buy the mint ones with the option to return. All this information is posted on our website ahead of her agreeing to the transaction.

We agreed to look at and evaluate what they had in February 2017. However after providing her pre-paid [redacted] shipping labels she never shipped them...

to us. We had [redacted] send her shipping labels on multiple occasions throughout the following months to the customers AOL email. She kept calling saying they never received the labels.  We kept trying & also tried numerous times to contact her via email. Every time she said she was not getting emails. She starting calling and getting very hostile with my girls on the phone. She started demanding that we buy her stuff immediately because she needed the money. We didn't know what else to do so we cancelled the labels that we sent and decided that we didn't want to evaluate at her items anymore. This sent her off the handle and caused this complaint. Communication with her was extremely difficult. To date no transaction has taken place. It is very unfortunate how it turned out. This is the first time in 18 years that something like this has happened.

I am rejecting this response because:Over the years, my daughter and I have collected over 400 TY Beanies.  Honestly, this evolved to be a heartwarming hobby.  I’m a mom of three who home schools my 16 year old son who is diagnosed with autism. My other two children play in the band at each of their schools; one in middle school and one in high school.  My intent was to find creative ways to assist in paying for the band dues for my daughter who is in high school.  One idea I had was to see if I could sell some of the beanies. While looking online, I came across a website [redacted]) that said, we are buying your TY Beanies.  I called the number listed on the website, asked a few questions, then decided to go through our collection to see if I could sell some of them.  I figured that this would not make a lot of money but that it would help some. I see now that this was not a good idea.Forgive me if I’m wrong but this seller or someone at this seller seems to lack integrity.  Perhaps I was a bit harsh in my first expression of this, and for this I apologize.  I should have kept my composure.  Still, it seems that the responses I received from the seller were cunning and vindictive. I absolutely cannot believe that this has turned into what it has. I seriously feel that I have to be careful what I say about this because I’ve already experienced that  the seller has taken my words, twisted and turned them into his advantage, and offered how he can seek revenge.  This is ridiculous!  The seller paid what honestly seemed to be an unfair portion of what was expected and unfortunately, I realize that I have no way of proving this.  Now the seller is asking for this amount back and I will glady return it because I’d rather not be a part of something like this.

I am rejecting this response because:
Yes I know I did not purchase items from them. Their website states that I can request to cancel and my submitted order. I choose to not receive [redacted] payment when they emailed me about this issue the first time but they sent it to me anyways. I just want my items back that I sent the as requested, instructions on how to return the [redacted] payment I refused and how I can schedule a pick up and get them the Pre printed label to send those items back to me. i told them I am not accepting their offer, I have. Den clear on that since the first email I received on 8/31/17. They have been very rude and untimely with getting back to me about my requests and I no longer what anything to do with this buisness.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  I am an elderly lady of 83 years of age, live in a nonsmoking home by myself and these beanies were all clean and never handled by anyone but myself.  I expected this company to be honest and above board, but now find that they want me to pay them over $200 to ship the beanies back, which they know I cannot afford, and they will just keep them and sell them at a tidy profit,  This is just another way to scam the elderly.  My next thought will be to contact the attorney general of New Jersey and report the elderly abuse.  I never admitted to being a smoker and that Is a lie.  So now I see how they make their money.  Thank you for listening to me,
Regards,
[redacted]
