I have been doing business with DataQom/Elavon for the last 4 or 5 months. They have been very helpful and fare pricing of their services. I would recommend this company and my Rep Bradley to everyone. I have had some bad experiences with other companies that try to lock you into a lease for their machine. Don't ever do this. It is a rip off. Elavon works with Quick Books to give you discounts on your upgrades also.
I did speak to someone from DataInsure on 4/8/However that is prior to the date of the charge to which I am requesting a refund therefore I reject this responseI was finally able to speak to an employee from DataInsure on 4/8/to close my accountI was told I would be emailed the cancellation formsI was notI then emailed them again a week later and finally received the cancellation forms on 4/20/I returned the forms on 4/20/and received confirmation of their receiptI then asked what I could do to get reimbursed for the charges I had accrued while no longer using their services (We had stopped using their services in January but had been unable to complete the cancellation process.) I was told that because the cancellation had not been completed that I would not be able to receive a refund and that I would be billed one final time at the end of that current billing cycleI was billed $again on 5/2/and although I was not entirely pleased, I accepted that it had been partially my fault for not following up on the cancellation process(although they did make it extremely difficult) and I was happy to leave it at that.Then on 5/16/I received a charge for $At no time was I ever told that I was under some sort of contract or that I would have to pay a cancellation fee, let alone one that is times greater than the monthly feeThis charge was not part of our contractThis charge was not authorizedSince the time I have made this complaint I have not been contacted by DataInsure at all and they have made no effort to resolve this issueFurthermore, my bookkeeper brought to my attention this week that they have continued to charge us the monthly feeWe received the most recent charge of $on 6/2/ [redacted] General Manager [redacted]
