Sedgwick illegally implementing that I did damages to my own new floor. Plus they didn't give me particular day when the claim will be resolved. From my conversation with [redacted] I understood that Sedgwick will do everything to pay as less as possible or do not pay anything at all to get bonus from [redacted]Regards, [redacted]

The company states they have complied by law, but the Attorney Generals Office has deemed they have not, and has opened an investigation into the matter.
