I have been dealing with composite envisions for last year and half, I too had found there slow shipping reviews before I ordered, but they had something I wanted I could not find anywhere elts for a price I liked, so I called them and after talking to them decided to give them a shot, I have been using them almost exclusively ever since, I have NEVER had any shipping issues with them what so ever, they actually ship a lot quicker than some others I deal with, I have even recommended them to friends who also have had zero problems. They have so really cool fabrics, and there customer service is awesome, they not only answer there phone, but they actually do and know composites and are more than willing to actually give you the info you need, not just selling you a bunch of stuff you don't, Basically real good guys, Give them a shot like I did, you'll be glad you did

When speaking with both Jake and Cory on the phone, both were helpful, professional, courteous, and responsive. We had a mutual mix-up in communication that was resolved quickly and pleasantly. They are not only there to sell the product but willing offer answers to technical questions after the sale. I could have spent money on a similar product from companies in the UK or Canada, but I am more than happy to have a chance to spend money in the USA and feel good about doing so!
