We've very clearly addressed [redacted] concerns, providing a guaranteed analysis by an independent laboratory. This product is accredited by the organizations above in our last reply. There is no foundation to [redacted] complaint and there is no reason to continue this dialogue. We have established that this product is not fraudulent and that [redacted] accusations are baseless. Finally, the product was purchased over 15 months ago and the package opened, making it ineligible for a refund.
