Review: I signed up with this business coach to help me with my business and it turned out that the whole thing was a sham and there was nothing helpful about it. In the beginning I was asked to give a live testimonial which I did and when I realized the thing was a sham I asked [redacted] to take down my testimonial from her website and she refused. I have mailed several letter to her, including a letter by my attorney and she still refused to take it down. In addition to posting my testimonial on her website, she also posted it on several social media sites, including [redacted] and [redacted].Desired Settlement: To immediately remove my testimonial and anything tagging my name in relation to her services both on her website and any other social media sites she has posted it on since it's important for me to know that people do not think I am promoting her work in any way.

The complainant signed a form giving me written permission to use her testimonial, I have her signed video consent form providing me her full permission to use her video testimonial. This is why I will not remove her video testimonial.

I am away living in Mexico right now through the winter.

This former client is simply unethical in the fact that she took the services I provided, loved them, gave me raving testimonials (more than one) and then did a chargeback claiming she never received the services. When 16 of my clients wrote letters saying she was at the trainings with them, she got angry at me and them.

She is in collections and is an angry former client and this is her form of "revenge” I guess.

I am rejecting this response because: it is an absolute lie. [redacted] breached her contract with me. She got me to sign permission to allow for the testimonial before the course started and before I knew what a fraud she was. She was absent for more than 20 business days. She states that I am in collections with her which is NOT true. I paid her $6,000 for this course, which wasn't worth a dime since the whole thing was a scam. I know that my experience was shared by other people. The bottom line is I no longer give permission for my testimonial to be up and I will continue to fight this until she takes it down.
