No payment, partial or full, of charged amount, $1,820 has been received. On 05/**/2017, I was informed by one of the Comprehensive Consultation staff members, Victoria, that [redacted]' date of birth as provided in the report was incorrect; it was fixed immediately. The claims for payment have been resubmitted and are still being processed. At the time of registration, the patient's parent signed an acknowledgment that we may cease work due to non-payment. Despite the non-payment, we acknowledged [redacted]'s parent request and the importance of her report for her school needs. Therefore we released her report via email to her parent on 06/**/2017.
