Over all, I was happy with my experience with at Comprehensive Dentistry, BUT once I received my bill and there was a high balance I questioned from the startI asked one of the office reps, why was my bill high when I have great insurance? She stated to me I needed to contact my insurance company to see if anything was pendingI called my insurance company and I spoke to two different reps and they both stated that Comprehensive was over billing my insurance and I should of had a bill with half the balance and needed to speak to them regarding this matterI contacted the denist office and they stated that that was the bill, end of storyHonestly, I live on my own so a balance that's close to $1k does not work for meI received a call from Rebecca at St charles location after a month and she stated that, "the doctors deserved to be paid" which Is understandableI asked if we could work out a payment plan and she stated, "it's too late for that" so she stated to me if I opened up a [redacted] Credit Credit card with months of no interest to pay off the balance that should resolve everythingI said to myself, fine, if that's the only way this will not go to collections, then I have to apply for this credit cardAt the end of the conversation, Rebecca stated to me she would not be in the office the next day, so by Monday, she will see that I applied for the [redacted] Credit Card, (you had to link the denist office that you are referencing to when you applied for the credit card, so the office sees that you applied and will apply the balance to the credit card) and she said she will see on Monday that I applied and will add my balance to the credit cardA few weeks go by, and I get a lovely call from a collectorBTW it shows up as a local callI answer and a man tells me that Comprehensive Dentistry has sent my bill to collections and asked how am I going to pay for this bill? I said, exuse me sir, I spoke to the office and I ended up explaining the whole time frame to him on what happened with my conversation with RebbecaHe said to contact the office because he has no way of contacting themAt this point I am FUMINGI called the office and spoke to Marissa, who was very niceI explained the entire situation to her and I also questioned her if they had to do anything internally once I applied for the Credit Card if the office sees that I applied and if they apply my balance to the credit credit and she said," yes we do" and she put me on hold and transfered the call to RebeccaI told Rebecca that I was extremly upset at her poor commication and work ethic because now my account is being sent to collections and had to explain the conversation over to her on what had happened between her and I the month prior and our resolution on how to pay off the balanceHer Response was to me "You were suppose to call me on Monday.I said to her, "no, you discussed that you will do the adding the balance interally into [redacted] Credit that Monday morning if I applied by the prior FridayHer response was, well how am I suppose to do that with no credit card number? She then says to me that nothing will be reported to my creditI said, "Rebecca I am a Mortgage Loan originator I know about credit, It DOES effect your credit scores"I will never going back to this officeThey screwed me in my balance, sent me to collections after negotiation of how payment will be paid and the office rep (Rebecca) never did her part and blamed me for the mix upThis ruined my day and I'm extremly upset by thisCOMMUICATION IS KEY
