Worst decsion ever - Haas used the wrong activator when mixing the paint - Cabinet paint is cracking and peelingHaas failed to find this problem until after I kept calling Baileys to identify issue after issueFinally, Baileys had to hire an independent refinisher to strip the cabinets down to bare wood to refinish with the correct paint

Absolute horrible experienceOver 60% of cabinets came damaged, heavy drip marks, chipped paint and dirt/ debris in paintWe were without a kitchen for over a month because of their negligenceEven when the new cabinets were shipped half of those ones were still damaged and the cabinet installers had to make repairs to my $10,cabinets just so we could finally get our kitchen put together and not have to wait another to weeks Lots of grit and dirt in paint as well as drips again in second setClear coat is not even eitherSome areas are shiny while other areas are dullRaw wood exposed on some edging And this was not their base lineThis was with solid wood doorsI had cabinets total and probably the world's smallest kitchen and paid $10,for some *** cabinets!

We ordered cabinets (approx$worth on a good sale) in December and went with Haas because we believed they were a reputable company for quality and serviceCabinets were over weeks late from the given delivery date which we were givenWhen the cabinets did come in all but had either shipping damage or there was a flaw or something wrong with the quality issues out of - not goodThe problems varied such as :doors were cracked, shipping damage likes dings/dents or broken, different profiles made, glue dried in globs running down wood, drawer wood of different quality/stain look than cabinets, as well as other quality issuesLong story short - we had to have particular cabinet made times and every one of them had issues so we picked the lesser of the evils because we were not waiting for a 4th oneWe did not get all the cabinets/doors/drawers in till the beginning of April and we were delayed by mos in installing countertops/backsplash/ sink due to Hass negligenceWe had many phone calls made to Haas O/S sales rep and I/S by either us or the local company that sold us the cabinetsHaas was asked to give us some kind of discount for all the trouble and delays we had by our sales person at the local business, but Haas did not give us any kind of discount or compensationThis was the worst company I have ever dealt with and their customer service is well - non-existentThey do not care one bit about the end customer and I will never recommend them or buy from them againWe just had a big problem with another quality issue with our floor to pantry cabinets in December but knew better than to contact them because they would not do anything about it so my husband spent days repairing their shoddy workmanshipVery unhappy customer
