Comprehensive Home Inspection

I cannot express how impressed I was with the service provided by Rick at Comprehensive Home Inspection. I have purchased several homes over the years and have never worked with a more thorough inspector. He catches everything to make sure that you are aware of any issues that need addressing. He saved me $15,000 by finding problems on a previous purchase opportunity and so I insisted on using him to inspect, then re-inspect, the home I ultimately purchased. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone including my own family and friends.

I recently used this company to provide a home Inspection on a property I am looking to purchase very soon. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] over the phone and he explained in detail his services and fees. The requested inspection was a bit of a short notice but Mr. [redacted] was able to fit me into his week. Mr. [redacted] was very friendly as well as professional! His inspection of the home was very thorough and he was patient enough to show and explain to my Realtor and myself, his findings and his concerns during the inspection. He also provided the inspection report which was very detailed and easy to understand the very next day. I checked my email around 6am the next morning and the inspection report was prepared and awaiting my review. I would definitely used this company again and would recommend this service to others.
