I have now
received my refund and do appreciate that but so dissapointed that I have to contact another plumbing business to start the process all over again

Response: We were sent a work order for Mr*** from his warranty company, *** *** *** ***, I will use "***" in the rest of this response when referencing the warranty companyWe were sent out for a drain stoppageWhen we are performing work as a third party service provider for *** we work under their guidelines for Plumbing Stoppages, and we have our own guidelines as well*** requires there be an accessible ground level clean out, and a floor drain is not a clean outCan it be used as a way to access a line? YesBut we have had bad experiences in the past with using floor drains as access to clear stoppagesIt has caused damage to our equipment, and even had our equipment get stuck, and have had to jackhammer the concrete to remove the stuck equipmentThose damages can cost us upwards of +/- $for damage to drain cables, not to mention the cost of removing them if they get stuckSo, we do not snake from floor drains anymore due to that being a potential problemI hope that helps you understand why we did what we didWe spent an hour and forty minutes attempting to help clear your stoppage from a "ground level" clean out, with no successWe followed the guidelines of your warranty company as well as our ownIn the end I am glad that your stoppage problem got resolvedI would like to offer you half of your Service Fee back ($30) as a kind gestureI feel we did our job in a professional manner, and to the best of our ability given our guidelinesSent on: 2/1/12:34:PM

Response:We have already taken care of getting Ms. [redacted]'s yard graded and seeded as per her request. We let her know we were very sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused her.
