Review: I am being billed incorrectly for medical treatment services. The billing information incorrectly states that I owe $205 for rehabilitative physical therapy that occurred on 12/29/2011. The billing statements they sent me show that this voucher was completely paid for on 4/12/2012 and 6/26/2012. Also, they are trying to bill me for two other treatment vouchers for dates 3/29/2012 and 4/18/2012. I have a statement showing that as of 8/20/2012 I owed 463.11 and I paid that amount in full, yet they continue to try and collect money for bills I already paid.Desired Settlement: I was told in October that the full amount I owed to this company was $463.11 as of 8/20/2012. I paid this amount. I want this company to stop trying to bill me and collect money for services prior to 11/14/2012, which I paid in full on 10/17/2012. I also want a third party to audit this company's accounting and billing practices as it is obvious that their data and systems integrity is highly suspect. Their actions are likely to be illegal under Healthcare and Consumer Protection laws.
